The vibration between my eyebrows has been present for some time, but the frequency has increased.
Also, the feeling of pressure that makes my head feel like it's expanding has been present before, but as that movement becomes larger, I'm experiencing a strange headache more frequently than ever before, and my head feels constricted. I haven't gone to the hospital because it usually goes away after a night's sleep, but the stiffness and movement inside my head, which weren't as noticeable before, have recently increased. It's different from the clear headaches I've experienced with illnesses or other conditions in the past; it's just strange. Although I can describe it as a headache, it's a headache that has pain if you say it does, but doesn't if you say it doesn't. It's literally painful if you call it a headache, but it's not a sharp pain, and it's the feeling of being squeezed in a narrow space due to the pressure and stiffness inside my head. That's the closest I can get to describing it, but it's more of a feeling of confinement than pain. I feel constricted, both physically and mentally.
I'm a little worried that this might be a brain tumor, so going to the hospital might be the first step, but for now, I'm trying things like receiving Reiki and observing how it goes.
In the spiritual and psychic world, headaches are often known as a precursor to the awakening of psychic abilities, and those who are knowledgeable can recognize it as such. However, it's also common for what seems like that to actually be a simple headache. In fact, among people who are involved in spiritual practices, only about 1 in 1,000 people actually develop such abilities, and for rare abilities, it's about 1 in 10,000. So, even if something seems like that, it's better not to assume it easily. Most of the time, it's probably just your imagination.
...About a week later, the energy in my head increased significantly, and my head felt warm like being in a hot spring, almost like soaking in a hot spring for too long. It's a headache, but it's not painful enough to be considered a headache. However, the pressure is extreme, and it feels like a warm, soft hot spring that's about to boil from the inside out, but it doesn't quite reach that point. The relaxed head feels like it's pushing against the skull. My head was in a state of being like a hot spring. I thought, "Maybe I've meditated too much," so I slept for one night, and the headache almost disappeared the next day, and I felt refreshed. However, that doesn't mean anything has changed significantly; it's pretty much back to normal. But I feel like the average level of awakening and the stability of awakening have increased compared to yesterday. Although it's not yet at its peak, the flow of energy in my head has improved, and when I meditate, energy seems to flow more easily to the Sahasrara chakra in my forehead and crown. It also seems to flow more easily near the back of my head. Previously, it took about an hour of meditation to reach that state, but now it takes about 20 minutes for the energy to flow. I think this is a gradual process, and even if I reach that state constantly, there will be further stages. At least, I feel like the energy is flowing more easily than it was a few days ago.
The basic process is always the same: it involves stages of initial flow, gradual thickening, and then stabilization. Currently, I feel like I am in a stage of gradually loosening each part of my mind to make it easier for energy to flow. The energy that was previously flowing, even if only slightly, is gradually becoming thicker and stronger, and the total amount of energy being handled is increasing.
