The weekends weren't just spent learning healing techniques or meditating; however, due to a combination of factors, the tightness and knotted feeling in the center of my head have been significantly alleviated, step by step. While the center of my head isn't completely relaxed, about half of the tightness was relieved during a healing practice, and the knotted feeling was also considerably reduced.
Afterward, through seated meditation at home, I further accelerated the relaxation. It's as if something like an eggshell had been surrounding the center of my head, and while I'm not sure if it's 5% or 10%, I feel that it has expanded considerably, and the sensation of that hard shell has diminished.
Previously, even if the center of my head tried to expand, the surrounding area was too stiff to allow it, and even if it expanded partially, something would catch, preventing it from fully expanding.
This time, based on the premise that the surrounding area had relaxed, when the center tried to expand, the surrounding area was already relaxed, allowing the center to finally expand overall and become more flexible.
However, physically, there may not be much difference, perhaps only a few percent, but the feeling of increased flexibility is quite significant.
Physically, the degree of tension I feel when I open my mouth widely, around my eyes, nose, and jaw, has changed. Previously, opening my mouth widely would cause tension in various areas, making it feel constricted, but now, while there's still some constriction, overall, it's easier to open my mouth, and I feel that the center of my head has become more flexible.
It's like when inflating a balloon, if it's too hard and doesn't expand easily, but when it reaches a critical point, it suddenly starts to expand rapidly. Similarly, previously, even when trying to introduce energy and movement into the center of my head, it was blocked by the surrounding area, but now, it suddenly expands and becomes more flexible. Even if there isn't much physical difference, the difference lies in the fact that it has become softer and more flexible.
In yoga, the center of the head is called the "granthi" (meaning knot), and it is said to be the location of the third eye, or ajna chakra. The granthi is said to be a spiritual knot that connects the physical dimension and the astral dimension, or it is said to exist in the astral dimension. It is said that when the granthi is released, the third eye (ajna chakra) opens.
In my case, I haven't yet felt a clear opening of the Ajna chakra, but I'm becoming increasingly sensitive in that area, and I have a feeling, or perhaps an expectation, that the sensation will suddenly open up in the future.
According to the memories of the Group Soul (fragmented soul) that I confirmed during meditation, the third eye is cultivated over time and is passed down among the soulmates of the Group Soul. It seems that if the third eye has been cultivated for only one generation, it won't develop much, so whether or not you have a third eye that has been cultivated for many generations seems to be the key to unlocking your abilities.
And that third eye exists in the astral dimension in the form of a crystal. That crystal gradually grows through practice or the use of abilities. Basically, the larger it is, the higher the ability.
If it's not very open at birth, the ability won't develop much even in one generation. If it's relatively open from birth, the ability will be further refined within one generation. This also means that the crystal of the third eye will become larger.
Even if you don't have a third eye at birth and don't have the ability, you may acquire a third eye from the Group Soul after birth. In this case, the third eye will suddenly awaken. Even if you don't inherit a third eye at birth, a relatively small crystal of the third eye will form after living for several decades. This is then exchanged for a larger crystal of the third eye that has been passed down through generations by the Group Soul. I think that in my case, it might be this pattern, but that will be a challenge for future verification.
