To feel the sensation of receiving energy from sunlight through the Sahasrara chakra.

When I directly expose myself to sunlight, I can feel the solar energy entering my body directly through the Sahasrara chakra at the crown of my head.

As I meditate, an aura fills the Sahasrara chakra, and it feels like a "GeGeGe" antenna (a reference to the character GeGeGe) extends from the top of my head. When I'm in good condition, it's not just a single point like the "antenna," but rather a whole area above my head emits a light, static-like aura upwards. When I'm in that state, and I directly expose myself to sunlight, I feel the energy entering through the Sahasrara chakra.

These kinds of stories are often told in spiritual contexts, but even without the spiritual aspect, it's natural for the sun to feel warm and pleasant. Until now, my understanding of the sun has been limited to general knowledge or occasional mentions of solar worship in spiritual circles, and I haven't felt anything particularly special about it in that sense.

However, this is something I can clearly feel. It's beyond just knowledge, common sense, or the feeling of warmth and comfort from sunlight. I can literally feel energy entering through the crown of my head.

As I mentioned briefly before, instead of looking directly at the sun, tilting my head slightly and looking downwards, while facing the sun, I feel energy being drawn in strongly. (However, I only do this in places where I won't be seen by others, like inside a room, because it might look strange.)

It seems that I absorb more energy in the morning than at night, and more energy in the early morning than in the middle of the day. When clouds cover the sun and the light weakens, the amount of energy I absorb also decreases accordingly. This suggests that I am literally absorbing sunlight through the Sahasrara chakra at the crown of my head.

In the morning, even though it's winter and I don't open the windows for long because it's cold, I seem to absorb a certain amount of energy even through the glass. So, I open the window slightly, absorb energy through the crown of my head, and then continue my activities in the room. Even with reflected light, I seem to absorb a certain amount of energy. With reflected light, the direction doesn't seem to matter much. The same is true for cloudy days; when the sun is hidden by clouds, the direction doesn't seem to matter much.

When I go out during the day, the sunlight doesn't provide as much energy as in the morning, but it still gives me a lot of energy. Although the energy is stronger in the morning, during the day, you can simply expose yourself to it for a longer period of time, so you can fully replenish your energy even during the day.

It's the blessing of the sun.

It seems that the benefits of opening the Sahasrara chakra include unexpected aspects like this.

Of course, there are effects such as feeling lighter, experiencing tranquility, feeling filled with love, and feeling content, which are already wonderful benefits. However, the fact that there is also the benefit of the sun's energy directly filling the body is quite surprising.

It's understandable why people in the past worshipped the sun or had sun-based beliefs, if this is the state they were experiencing.
