For a while now, I have felt as though I am almost free from trauma, especially because the energy in my throat, specifically the Vishuddha chakra, has become even more suitable for allowing energy to flow through.
Previously, even when trauma would occasionally surface, the image would linger in my thoughts for about 0.5 seconds, making it difficult to say that I was completely free. In other words, an emotional surge was occurring.
It is because there are emotional changes that we can call it "trauma." If there are no such changes, it is just a memory.
Even now, images of past events sometimes surface, but I don't know if they were originally trauma. However, even when such images appear, there is no emotional entanglement. It is often just an image that floats up.
Even so, I occasionally experience something like trauma for a few tens of seconds, but this is just a memory of the past. Some of it may have been trauma in the past, but now there is very little emotional change, so it is closer to a "memory that was once trauma."
The Vishuddha chakra is called the chakra of purification. Even at this stage, a significant degree of purification has progressed, and trauma has been released at each stage. Currently, it can be said that a certain level of trauma release has been achieved.
Recently, one of the main energy channels (nadis) that runs around the throat has become much clearer, which has further strengthened the power of the Vishuddha chakra. With this, it can be said that the release of trauma is almost complete.
