For people who have not undergone any training, it is normal for their aura to waver and move sluggishly. In reality, this aura also preserves karmic conditions, so when contact occurs between auras, especially when they have similar frequencies, one may receive the other's karma or give their karma to someone else. When auras come into contact, they become "one," and the area where they are literally one is both the self and the other, creating a shared state. When they are separated, the aura is severed at some point, and it becomes two separate auras. However, that aura was once a unified aura. Therefore, when auras merge, their karmas merge as well, and when they separate, about half of the unified karma of both the self and the other is received by the self. When one receives the karma of another, especially if it is a negative karma, it can cause suffering. This is the reason why one feels tired when they come into contact with the aura of someone with very bad vibrations. Conversely, being close to someone with higher vibrations and having aura contact can make one feel energized, while the other person becomes tired.
Since one cannot control the movement of the other person's aura, the basic principle is to distance oneself if one has a bad feeling. In addition to that, it is essential to have a clear boundary for one's own aura.
When auras come into contact, one can understand the other person, so spiritual people use similar techniques to "read the other person's mind." However, in reality, karma is being exchanged, so it is not recommended.
It is acceptable to do this with someone who has a relatively similar vibration, someone you trust, or family members, as long as one chooses the other person. In fact, I think that the telepathy that often occurs within families operates on the same principle. Basically, one reads the other person's information through the exchange of auras. One can read information that the aura possesses, such as thoughts and emotions.
If one raises their vibration and becomes more refined, they will be able to see the other person's inner self without exchanging auras. However, that requires even more effort, so aura exchange is a quicker method. However, if one uses this method indiscriminately, they may end up exchanging karma with someone who is not good, which can cause suffering, and it may even lead to spiritual harm. Even if it seems fine on the surface, karma accumulates, and at some point, it may become unbearably painful. However, there may be cases where one chooses the other person and reads their mind, knowing the risks involved.
In spiritual practices, when one becomes capable of healing, they can deal with these kinds of problems and purify the karma they have taken on. However, even though it is an effective technique, I don't think reading someone's mind is that essential. It can be useful in professions like counseling, where knowing about the other person is important, but generally, I don't think this kind of thing is necessary.
This is related to reincarnation because, even in a small way, the exchange of karma is done through the contact and separation of auras. Sometimes, one may unintentionally take on negative thoughts or qualities. This exists as a (small) cycle of reincarnation that occurs during one's lifetime, and that karma can create a new wheel of reincarnation.
Even if auras come into contact, generally, the consent to "receive the aura" from one's own side is necessary for the auras to merge. However, in some spiritual schools, this technique is frequently used to read someone's mind, seeking the "effect of knowing about the other person" without knowing the side effects of this phenomenon. This is a common story where so-called psychics gradually suffer.
This can be largely prevented by the etiquette of psychics. Even if one can read someone's mind, if they adhere to the principle of "not reading someone's mind without their consent," the contact of auras will be intentional and minimal.
Ideally, it is better to be able to understand someone without the contact of auras, but there may be times when information needs to be obtained for missions, and that will depend on individual circumstances.
When one's mental state is unstable, their aura moves irregularly and is easily influenced by the auras around them. This is what is called spiritual possession or a medium's quality, where one unintentionally merges with the auras of others or spirits floating around.
If one practices spiritual training and can properly maintain their aura, the contact of auras becomes intentional, and unintentional contact becomes almost non-existent. However, there are cases where, even if one rejects it, auras with extremely dark and sharp auras can forcibly merge with one's aura due to a powerful force. Therefore, if you have a bad feeling, it is better to keep your distance.
This is something that must be emphasized because there are some people in certain schools of thought who mistakenly believe that spiritual growth is "being able to read other people's minds." This is simply the mechanism of auras, which everyone is normally doing. Being able to do this does not necessarily make you superior, and it can actually accelerate the misconception that you are spiritually growing.
Certainly, if you can read other people's minds or the past and future without aura contact, you could say that you have achieved a certain level of spiritual growth. However, this is quite different from the superficial spiritual practices that involve reading other people's minds out of curiosity. It requires a sincere commitment to spiritual practice, calming the mind, reaching a state of stillness, and the fusion of the ego and the higher self. This is completely different from the absurd idea of using aura contact as a technique to read other people's minds and enhance a sense of superiority.
Using aura contact as a technique in useful situations, knowing all of this, is acceptable. However, if you use it unnecessarily or misunderstand it, it is better not to use aura contact. From a spiritual practice perspective, this type of aura contact is not even considered, and some schools of thought even have the principle of "not using aura contact." Therefore, it is better not to use aura contact unless there is a specific reason.
This principle is based on the "freedom" and "non-interference" principles of the universe, which also apply to "not taking responsibility for others' lives" and "not imposing your own life on others." The universe's non-interference law is famous in the context of the relationship between planets and extraterrestrials. Extraterrestrials do not interfere with planets because planets have freedom, and there is a rule that everyone should follow. This applies to individuals as well. The principle is that your life should not be interfered with by others, and that you should not interfere with the lives of others.
Just as extraterrestrials can interact with a planet within limited boundaries with the consent of the planet's inhabitants, it is possible to interact with others with the consent of an individual. However, the basic principle is freedom and non-interference, so it is generally better not to use aura contact.
Therefore, the basic principle is to regulate your own aura so that it does not spontaneously interact with others, to have the intention that even if your aura contacts others, it does not fuse, and to avoid using your aura to fuse with others in order to read their minds. It is important to live your own life as an independent person.
If you truly and properly achieve spiritual growth, you will be able to read other people's minds without merging auras. Therefore, you can put aside such things until then.
In reality, the subtle layers of the aura are one, so the part that is one is overlapping from the beginning (even without contacting the coarse aura), so it is possible to read information. Generally, to safely read information, it is safer not to contact the aura that is close to the body. Some people may try to enter the other person's body to get information, but even then, it seems that they cannot fully understand the other person, so I think the accuracy of information acquisition through aura contact is low. Here, I am warning you about the relatively coarse layers of the aura. Some people say the first or second layer, but I can only perceive the aura of the soul as a single layer, so I am talking about the first layer. However, as you become more attuned, you can read minds without contacting the aura. Therefore, contact with the first layer of the aura is not necessary. On the other hand, even though it cannot be recognized visually, it is probably because the subtle aura is connected in the oneness realm (there is a sense of it), so information is shared, and information can be read.
What I am saying here is that the aura that can be recognized visually, the aura that has a form as a soul, should not be merged with others. It is better not to merge because it involves exchanging karma. This is because there is a principle of freedom and non-interference in the laws of the universe, and even a small amount of karma is shared, which can cause confusion or require each other to re-learn. It is important for even people with low vibrations to live their current reality to the fullest, and it is necessary for those with high vibrations to live their own lives accordingly. It is like a mixed zoo where people may not understand each other and suffer or get confused. This happens within one person, leading to mental instability, or, even though they don't actually understand, they may feel like they understand (by briefly gaining a high-vibration understanding), leading to stagnation or misunderstanding. Sharing auras is generally not a good thing, and it often has a negative impact on reincarnation. Therefore, sharing auras without consent should be avoided.
I say this repeatedly because surprisingly many people misunderstand that being able to read other people's minds is spiritual growth. While it is true that being able to read minds without aura contact indicates a certain level of growth, in most cases, it is simply that the aura is in contact and unification is occurring. This is something that almost anyone can do with a little practice, and it is more of a sign of not growing, "an unstable aura," and a bad sign for those who are unstable. However, there is a (surprisingly) prevalent trend where people are evaluated as "spiritually superior" because they can understand other people's thoughts, and there are surprisingly many people who are proud of being able to see through others. It is nothing more than a technique, and it is not a big deal.
When spiritual growth truly occurs, the aura becomes stable, the aura's boundaries become clear, and the aura no longer fluctuates. Furthermore, the phenomenon of the aura spontaneously merging with others (without intention or order) becomes extremely rare. Since the aura does not come into contact, one cannot know about the other person. It is not necessary to know about other people. This is like the pride of a gentleman or nobleman, where the attitude of "not seeing what can be seen" and "not listening even when one can hear" is important. Arbitrarily reading other people's minds is simply rude, and it should generally be done only with the "permission of the other person." However, for some reason, people often read other people's minds without permission, and then pretend to have understood them. Moreover, this is often inaccurate, and they rarely reach the depths of the other person's true feelings. With such a low level of accuracy, they arbitrarily evaluate others and make arbitrary judgments, which in turn boosts their self-esteem (ego). All of this is because their aura is expanded, which allows them to read other people's minds, but this is not a good thing.
Since this is reading without permission, it falls under the category of spiritual harm. In reality, the person themselves has an unstable aura, so it is self-inflicted. However, for others whose auras come into contact with it and partially merge, it is a good nuisance. The aura merging causes an unintentional exchange of karma, and the person is unintentionally drawn into the other person's life.
Therefore, spiritual harm is simply troublesome. However, for some reason, people are pleased with the apparent spiritual abilities that result from spiritual harm, and they mistakenly believe that this is a good thing and that they have high spiritual abilities.
The stories about expanding the aura have the opposite answer: the first priority is to stabilize the aura. By doing so, unintentional merging of auras with others will decrease. And after the aura becomes stable, one might possibly attain a state of tranquility, or something beyond that, such as the ability to read other people's minds without contact (the ability to read others through a more subtle oneness, the ability to read others through a subtle aura without rough aura contact). Or perhaps not. In any case, the first step is to stabilize the aura. Therefore, pretending to be a spiritual person by having an unstable aura and making contact with it is just a delusion, so it is better to stop doing that.
Even if you understand a person's emotions or feelings to some extent, in this type of aura fusion, you can only understand the superficial aspects, and you cannot see the true nature. Therefore, even if you acquire such abilities halfway, they are not very useful. If your spiritual level is such that you are merely shaken in your self-esteem by slightly discerning others, then it is even more unnecessary to say such things.
As a prescription, the first step is to stabilize the aura. To do this, you need to increase your concentration by meditating or focusing on some work, hobby, or sport to the point where you enter a state of flow. By doing so, the aura will stabilize, and the purification of the aura will also progress.
Alternatively, perhaps it would be better for spiritual growth in the long run to have someone perform a treatment that stabilizes the aura, something close to a forced seal, and live as an "ordinary person" for a while. This is because there are only a limited number of people who can perform such treatments, but if there is someone nearby, it might be worth seeking their help.
