Beyond the ecstasy of the zone, towards a state of serene emptiness.

The suffering in daily life is often created by distractions and desires. The key to overcoming this is the joy found in the "zone," where intense focus leads to greater immersion in the zone. The more one enters the zone, the more one's aura is purified by this joy.

This often leads to improved work performance and increased income, so there are few downsides to working in the zone.

As one consistently enters the zone, the joy subsides, and a stable sense of bliss emerges in its place. This bliss is on a higher vibrational level. While the joy of being in the zone is intense but fluctuates and requires significant concentration, this stable bliss is a more consistent form of emotional joy.

This stable bliss, while still an emotional experience, is more stable than the intense fluctuations of the zone.

The zone is often closely linked to worldly pursuits like sports, crafts, and IT. However, as this stable bliss begins to emerge, one enters a more spiritual realm.

This bliss is still relatively weak and often accompanied by distractions.

Without some form of practice or meditation, this stage is often the limit of spiritual progress for most people.

However, from a classical spiritual perspective, this is only the starting point. It is a pity that people may mistake this stage as the ultimate goal, especially when they have just begun to experience the stable bliss that emerges after consistently entering the zone.

This is directly related to what a person seeks.

From my perspective, it is a waste to stop at this stage. However, if a person seeks "peace of mind" or "happiness" from spirituality, they may feel that even a small amount of bliss is "enough," and in reality, it may be quite sufficient for a normal life.

It might be presumptuous for someone like me to say this, but I would like you to understand that the bliss that appears after the zone is not the final destination.

In reality, bliss will eventually grow into a state of complete tranquility. However, even that is not the final destination.
