From the stage of suppressing thoughts, to the stage of moving thoughts.

As a spiritual common saying, there is a group or people who believe in the idea of "stopping thoughts," presenting it as a profound truth. While they are free to believe this, they often try to impose this idea on others, as if it were the ultimate solution to everything. The result of this practice is often limited to "feeling good" or "becoming relaxed." There are many other ways to achieve these results, such as praying to Christ or bathing in the Ganges, which have been practiced for centuries. If the result is only at the level of "emotions," it means that the desired outcome is only at that level. If "stopping thoughts" leads to "feeling good," that is perfectly acceptable. However, there are people who insist that everyone should strive for this, as if it were a universal truth, and that they must do so. They often repeat phrases like "thinking too much," "it's nothing," and "stop thinking," implying that stopping thoughts is the ultimate goal. This perspective often keeps people stuck in a lower dimension, unaware of higher dimensions, and waiting for their lower selves to be saved by a higher power. This creates a dualistic worldview, where the lower self must somehow reach the higher self. Even when they talk about oneness, they often don't truly understand it, and sometimes even deny it. This is because they believe that negating the lower self leads to the higher self, creating a division between the lower and higher realms. While they may have the potential to be spiritual practitioners, being stuck in this dualistic state prevents them from achieving enlightenment, even if they become channelers.

What is the higher realm? It is "consciousness." Thoughts are a part of consciousness, but consciousness itself exists in the higher realm. This consciousness is eternal, unchanging, and has always existed, and that is the true nature of the higher realm. It is also oneness, but true oneness is only achieved at a certain level of consciousness. In the transitional period, it is a limited form of oneness.

In this way, the lower realms are fragmented, and even in terms of thoughts or consciousness, they are in a state of "stopping" or "connecting," which are divided and dualistic. On the other hand, in the higher realms, everything "exists," so in that state, it doesn't matter whether thoughts are moving or not. It doesn't matter whether thinking stops or continues. This is because what is always behind it is "consciousness." Since that is a property of the higher realms, there is no need for "stopping thoughts" to be involved. Therefore, while the idea of "stopping thoughts," "overthinking," or "thoughts looping" certainly exists as a property of the lower realms, it is irrelevant to the properties of the higher realms. In the lower realms, whether or not one thinks does not matter, but the higher consciousness is always present. Therefore, "stopping thoughts" is not that important... However, it is misleading to say that. In the initial stages of meditation or spiritual practice, such actions can be effective. By doing so, one can grasp the higher consciousness that appears in the "gaps" where there is no thinking. However, once the higher consciousness appears, whether or not there is thinking is irrelevant, and consciousness is always present, whether there is thinking or not. Consciousness that only appears when there is no thinking is like a temporary reflection of the higher realms appearing in the lower realms, and although it may seem like a big deal at first, it is still a very basic stage in the context of spiritual growth.

As mentioned above, there is a stage of suppressing thoughts in the early stages of spirituality. This is done when there are too many distractions. However, as often said in meditation, trying to suppress them actually gives them energy and increases thoughts. Therefore, it is better to let them be. In the world of spirituality, the phrase "stop thinking" is essentially giving energy to distractions by trying to suppress them, which results in them becoming even bigger distractions. Some spiritual practitioners or channelers may temporarily suppress distractions in order to provide counseling, but then, after the counseling is over, those distractions may return as something much stronger. Suppressing thoughts is not the essence, and the self-proclaimed advanced spiritual practitioners who often say "overthinking" or "stop thinking" are probably pleased with their ability to channel or use their spiritual abilities, but by using techniques to use those abilities, the negative effect is that distractions become many times greater. Sometimes, there are even annoying spiritual practitioners who use techniques to pass those thoughts on to others and then feel fine themselves. Such people maintain their health, but their aura, although seemingly radiant, has a strange glow and often have some kind of ailment. That is the karma of those who seek abilities by sacrificing others. In this way, the technique of suppressing thoughts has various negative effects, and it is better to "let them flow" instead. However, people often prefer quick techniques when they are seeking spiritual abilities. This kind of spiritual world is based on self-responsibility and self-punishment, so even if one does something unconsciously, they will receive the consequences of that karma. I have often seen people who seem to have a healthy and wonderful aura suddenly become ill. Some people may blame it on demons, but it is basically due to their own karma.

In this way, methods that suppress thoughts or discard distractions to purify oneself can be considered lower-level approaches.

On the other hand, higher-level consciousness involves consciously and intentionally "moving" consciousness and thoughts. This might seem counterintuitive, and those with psychic abilities or channelers might feel a sense of unease. This is because it might appear as if they simply have a lot of distractions. However, rather than just being distractions, it could be that their vibrational range has expanded, allowing them to receive more, which then requires a higher level of analysis and discernment. Simply letting things flow is something for beginners, but it involves interpreting the received thoughts and, at times, reacting to them.

Thinking, contemplating, and exploring are examples of this "moving."

Black magic uses this technique to try to change others and reality. Black magic not only affects the karma of others but also receives that karma, leading to severe consequences later. This is because, by trying to influence others, one ends up taking on their karma. Black magic techniques are based on lower-dimensional auras, which contain the seeds of karma. When trying to influence others, one comes into contact with their aura, causing a temporary merging of karmas. A portion of one's karma is transferred to the other person, while a portion of the other person's karma comes to oneself. For the other person, this is a nuisance, as they are forced to accept karma without their consent. This is why, even when using black magic techniques, not all of the negative karma goes to the practitioner; they are pushing their karma onto the person they are targeting. Furthermore, by drawing in the karma of unknown others, the karma of black magic becomes meaningless, eventually leading to mental confusion and, at times, mental breakdown. This is why one should not engage in black magic. Many people who practice black magic refer to it as white magic, but the spiritual world is based on self-responsibility and reaping what one sows. Therefore, even if one performs what they believe to be white magic, it can result in a karmic exchange that causes problems with their mental state.

When problems arise, some people claim to offer healing, which involves exchanging karma with others. Eventually, if someone is fortunate enough to receive this "healing," they exchange karma with that naive and unfortunate subject. Over time, the bad karma is dispersed among many people, causing inconvenience to the majority, while the black magic practitioner feels relieved and escapes the consequences. These black magic practitioners avoid the negative effects of karma through karmic exchange, while the ignorant majority end up bearing the burden. This is how healers who claim to practice white magic but are actually engaging in black magic persist. Their aura is often ambiguous, appearing to shine at first glance, but it is unstable and gives off an unsettling feeling. There are many beings at this level who live by drawing energy from the auras of others, not just in black magic. Even powerful beings who claim to be gods often collect auras from their subordinates and cult members. As a result of collecting these auras, they actually possess a certain amount of power, and therefore, opposing them can lead to terrible consequences. The "gods" of this dimension are still at a lower level and are nothing like the true, higher-dimensional gods. For example, Baphomet, which was worshipped by the Freemasons or the Knights Templar, is one such example (it is somewhat of a light, but more of an energy-based force).

Higher-level gods and consciousness, while related to such forces, transcend those stages. Gods based on light are high-dimensional gods. Light is also energy, but the nature of light itself is stronger than its aspect as a lower-level force. At that dimension, consciousness becomes quite simplified. However, on the other hand, the aspects of consciousness become able to be expressed more logically and clearly. It transcends emotions, and aspects of being fulfilled and of permanence emerge. Then, things like "stopping thought" become almost irrelevant. However, if I talk about this too much without experience, it will be impossible to understand or imagine, so it might be better not to explain it too much to avoid the situation where people think they understand it just by listening to the logic.

In this way, at lower levels, there is a stage of suppressing thought, but at higher levels, it is not about suppressing consciousness, but about moving consciousness, which is almost the opposite relationship. This is not the same level of story, and it is not a story that can be placed side by side, but it can sometimes sound the same in terms of expression. It is important to remember that even if the expressions are similar or opposite, the individual phenomena are completely different.
