Through meditation, the area around my chest transformed into an otherworldly space shaped like a cloud.

Through meditation, I gradually activated the Ajna and Sahasrara, repeatedly releasing tension in my head, and with each release, the energy increased. Then, the energy near the Ajna in my head suddenly changed into something slightly different. It was pure, but the color was jet black; it was black, but it was shining, so it could be called a deep, shining black energy. This energy first appeared near the Ajna, and then, quite quickly, it appeared around my chest. In terms of shape, it was like a hazy cloud, with some parts shining. It was an irregular shape, like a scattered star cluster or nebula, and while it was black, it also felt like it was emitting light. This has been present around my chest recently, and it seems to be swaying and lingering like a cloud, but somehow, it feels like the area around my chest is a different space.

This is something I need to figure out, but one possibility is that it resembles the description of the astral realm mentioned by Professor Honzan. He says that the astral realm is black, but if you continue to concentrate, it will become shining. Perhaps the Ajna chakra is black, and it has started to move constantly. This phenomenon has appeared frequently for quite some time, but it seems like it takes time for it to stabilize.

In the previous stages, the Muladhara chakra is smoky, the Ajna is black, and the Sahasrara chakra is shining. However, I originally understood this description as a series of steps, but perhaps it is more complex. The smoky aspect of the Muladhara chakra may continue to exist. I mistakenly thought that the smoky color was only present in the lower stages, but indeed, if only that aspect is active, it might be considered a lower stage. However, chakras require all aspects to function in balance, so the smoky aura of the Muladhara, the blackness of the Ajna, and the shining aspect of the Sahasrara are all necessary.

I had thought that it would initially be smoky, then only black, and then only shining, but that is not the case. It has the smoky color, the blackness, and the shine, and that is the state where all the chakras are in balance.

In order to avoid misunderstandings in these basic areas, it is better to have a mentor (sensei) who can correct those misunderstandings.

In my case, even when I read descriptions, I tend to grasp them broadly, and while I understand them to some extent at that point, I tend to put things I don't understand on hold. So, I can manage without a mentor, but I maintain the attitude that even this new understanding might be a misunderstanding. Moreover, in spiritual matters, even mentors often don't fully understand things, so it is important to maintain a "holding" attitude for everything. Even so, initially, even if I read something and understand it to some extent, I don't necessarily think it's completely correct, but rather think "it might be," so I am relatively flexible. However, some people might become fixated, and I would be troubled if someone said, "But you said something different before." It seems that even with a mentor, if the person doesn't have the inherent ability and sense to understand, they might still be confused.

That being said, recently, I have been feeling a different space around my chest, and it follows me wherever I go. It is located in the chest area, and currently, there is nothing particularly special about it, but there is a slight aspect of the aura's defense becoming stronger.

I will continue to observe the situation further.
