Through meditation, the area around my chest transformed into an otherworldly space shaped like a cloud.

I have been meditating and gradually activating the Ajna and Sahasrara, repeatedly relaxing and cracking my head, and with each crack, the energy increases. Then, the energy near the Ajna in my head suddenly changed into something slightly different. It was pure, but the color was pitch black, a deep, shining black energy. It first appeared near the Ajna, and then the same thing appeared around my chest. It looks like a cloudy, hazy shape, but it also seems to be shining in places, and it has an irregular shape like a scattered star cluster or nebula, and it is black, but it also feels like light. This has been around my chest recently, swaying and lingering in a cloudy, hazy shape, and somehow it feels like a different space, as if my chest area is in a different space.

I wonder what this is... This is something I need to figure out. One possibility is that it resembles the description of the astral realm mentioned by Professor Honzan. He says that the astral realm is black, but if you continue to concentrate, it will shine. Also, the Ajna chakra is black, and it may be that it has started to move constantly. This has appeared frequently for quite some time, but it may take time for it to stabilize.

In the previous stage, the Muladhara chakra is smoky, the Ajna is black, and the Sahasrara chakra is shining. However, I originally understood this description as a series of steps. However, it is probably a complex combination. The smoky aspect of the Muladhara chakra still exists. I mistook this smoky color for a lower stage, but indeed, if only that is moving, it might be a lower stage. However, chakras require everything to move in balance. Therefore, the smoky aura of the Muladhara, the blackness of the Ajna, and the shining aspect of the Sahasrara are all necessary.

I thought that it would start with a smoky color, then become only black, and then only shine. However, that is not the case. It has the smoky color, the blackness, and the light, and that is the state where all the chakras are in balance.

To avoid misunderstandings in such basic things, it is better to have a guru who can correct your misunderstandings.

In my case, even if I read the description, I tend to grasp it roughly. I understand it at that point, but even if I don't understand something, I tend to put it on hold. So, I can manage without a guru, but I am in a state of wondering if even this new understanding might be a misunderstanding. Moreover, in spirituality, there are often cases where even the guru does not fully understand. Therefore, it is important to maintain a "holding" attitude for everything. Even so, I initially read it and understood it, but I didn't think it was necessarily true, but rather "it might be," so I was relatively flexible. However, some people may be stubborn, and they may be troubled if they are told, "You said something different before." Whether you have a guru or not, it seems that if you don't have the inherent aptitude and sense to understand, you will be confused.

In any case, recently, I have been feeling a different space around my chest, and it follows me wherever I go. It is in my chest area, and for now, there is nothing particularly special about it, but there is a slight feeling that the aura's defense has become stronger.

I will continue to observe it further.
