The harm of cigarettes was greater than I had previously thought.

I do not smoke, but until now, and this may seem like a belated realization, the harm it causes is far greater than I had thought. Previously, I would feel nauseous or want to move away when I smelled smoke or the odor of tobacco. Even this might be considered "too sensitive" by some. I also had that perception.

However, my understanding of feeling nauseous or wanting to move away was quite superficial and inadequate. It was not just that; it was a harmful effect that damaged the aura, made it unstable, caused the boundaries of the aura to break and become scarred, and blocked higher levels of perception. This was a very serious spiritual issue.

This was the kind of harm that could be experienced simply by being near a heavy smoker for a few minutes in daily life. I was not aware of this.

Previously, I would avoid situations where I smelled tobacco, but that was not enough. Even if I didn't smell it, simply being near someone who smoked a certain amount of tobacco could damage my aura due to the smell. This was a lack of awareness on my part.

I have often experienced physical discomfort in my daily life, and sometimes I would suddenly feel unwell in public places. There were various causes for these symptoms, and there were many instances where the cause could not be identified. Sometimes, it was due to attacks from spiritual entities or energy vampires, but those situations were very rare. In many cases, the cause of the unexplained symptoms was actually the effect of passing by someone who was smoking.

I realized this because, at a certain seminar, I could faintly smell tobacco from a nearby seat, but I couldn't identify who was smoking, and I couldn't move my seat, so I was forced to sit there. As a result, my aura began to break down, and I started to experience headaches and feel unwell. Recently, due to the coronavirus, I haven't been close to many people, and previously, I would move my seat if I smelled tobacco.

This time, the smell was very faint, so it was a difficult decision whether to move or not, and by the time I realized it, the seats were full, so I couldn't move. Because the smell was faint, I was able to observe the damage to my aura gradually over time.

As a result, I realized that tobacco is far more harmful than I had previously thought, and it has a significant negative impact on spirituality. If you are aiming for spiritual growth, you should quit immediately.

Some people will say things like, "Native Americans smoke..." as an excuse. However, natural herb tobacco and modern regular cigarettes are completely different, and what's readily available is harmful.

It's likely that the harm varies depending on the type, and recently, there are things like IQOS, so it's becoming harder to notice the smell. However, even with those, there's still a faint smell, and more importantly, the aura of people who smoke cigarettes is damaged, and being near them causes your aura to be affected by the prickly feeling of other people's auras.

As a result, your aura can be damaged to the point where you experience negative effects for several days.

Now that I clearly understand this feeling, I realize that what I thought was my own problem was often actually caused by the effects of cigarettes.

However, because my self-esteem was low in the past, I used to mistakenly think that there was something wrong with me when I was younger. In reality, there was no need for that; I was the victim.

I had underestimated the harm of cigarettes. I didn't realize it could be this severe. It damages the aura and affects consciousness, increases tension, makes you feel sick, and even distorts your expression.

In the past, when I felt this way, I thought I wasn't growing. However, there was no need to think that way. It was a misunderstanding.

It did become a training to increase my resistance, but now that I know the cause, it's a simple matter. Simply, I should have avoided cigarettes.
