In most cases, a guide is present, but for individuals who have enough knowledge to act independently, the guide tends to refrain from deeply interfering and allows them a certain degree of free will. This tendency varies depending on the guide's personality, but it is generally the case.
Sometimes, a guide may accompany someone who has a mission, supporting them in fulfilling that mission. A clear example is Joan of Arc. A voice guided her destiny. She said it was an angel, but in reality, it was a part of the same soul that had separated from a greater angel. It's not entirely wrong to call it a twin soul, but in this case, one part was reincarnated, while the other served as a guide. There are cases where souls of the same origin accompany and guide someone. This is a notable example of a guide.
On the other hand, there is a method where, before a person is born, their life is overviewed, and their future is interfered with in advance. This is also a form of guidance, but it is the person themselves interfering with their own future. It is not a different soul, but literally the same soul interfering with their own future, transcending time and space.
Furthermore, there are cases where a guardian spirit of a different origin is attached, as is commonly understood. This is also a form of guidance, but it is different from the previous case, as the origin of the greater being is different. Of course, in this world of oneness, at a higher level, they may be the same, but at the level of the soul, the origin is different. This is considered a guide, but it is more of a guardian spirit relationship, and the relationship is similar to that of an adult and a child, a teacher and a student, or a master and a disciple. In this case, if the person has not yet grown to a certain extent, the guide or guardian spirit will provide more detailed guidance, but for those with a certain level of understanding, they will not interfere excessively. This is similar to the relationship between a normal human being with a physical body, where a teacher may or may not intervene extensively with a student, and sometimes they may leave it to the student's own initiative.
In some cases, gods who are managing and carrying out a certain project may identify individuals who could be useful as pieces and guide them. In this case, the mission is given to the living human, and the guide, as a project member (often gods), intervenes in the human's consciousness or in real-world events to ensure that the necessary events are carried out.
In any case, just like living humans, a guide or a god is providing minimal instructions to those who are well-informed and intelligent, while providing detailed instructions and painstakingly adjusting things for those who are not functioning well.
