In most cases, a guide is present, but for individuals who have enough knowledge to act independently, the guide refrains from deeply interfering and allows them a certain degree of free will. This tendency varies depending on the guide's personality, but it is generally the case.
Alternatively, there are cases where a guide stays close to someone who has a mission, supporting them in that mission. A clear example is Joan of Arc. A voice guided her destiny. She said it was an angel, but in reality, it was a part of the same soul that had separated from a greater angel. It's not entirely wrong to call it a twin soul, but in this case, one part was reincarnated, while the other served as a guide. There are guides who are part of the same origin, guiding together. This is a notable example of a guide.
On the other hand, there is a method where, before a person is born, their life is overviewed, and their future is interfered with in advance. This is also a form of guidance, but it is the person themselves interfering with their own future. It is not a different soul, but literally the same soul interfering with their own future, transcending time and space.
Furthermore, there are cases where a guardian spirit of a different origin, as understood by the general public, is attached. This is also a form of guidance, but unlike the previous case, the origin of the greater being is different. Of course, in this world of oneness, at a higher level, they may be the same, but at the level of the soul, the origin is different. This is considered a guide, but it is more of a guardian spirit relationship, and that relationship is reflected in the relationship between a living human adult and a child, or a teacher and a student, a master and a disciple. In this case, if the person has not yet grown to a certain extent, the guide or guardian spirit will provide detailed guidance, but for those with a certain level of understanding, they will not interfere excessively. This is similar to the relationship between a normal living person with a physical body, where a teacher may or may not speak extensively to a student, and sometimes they may leave it to the student's own initiative.
Moreover, there are times when gods who are managing and carrying out a certain project will identify people who could be useful as pieces and guide them. In this case, the mission is given to the living person, and the guide, as a project member (often gods), intervenes in the person's consciousness or in real-world events to ensure that the necessary events are carried out.
In all of these cases, just like living humans, guides or gods provide minimal instructions to those who understand well, and provide detailed instructions or struggle to adjust those who do not cooperate well.
