Does it purify by raising a dirty aura, or does it purify by lowering it?

The black spots that appear as an aura attached to the body, whether to raise them for purification or lower them, both seem acceptable, but recently, I came to understand that it is better to raise them.

When lowering them, you bring them down to the abdominal area, mix them with the energy of the manipura chakra, and allow them to adapt. Eventually, the sensation of the black spots diminishes, which is a kind of purification. However, in this case, it seems that the black spots are only dissolved within the aura, and it doesn't necessarily solve the problem completely.

There is no need to bring back the solidified, almost materialized black aura, which you can vaguely perceive, back into the abdomen. Since it has materialized, it is better to simply release it.

Around this point, lowering it into the abdomen somehow makes you feel like the black spots have disappeared, and that seems acceptable. However, it seems that if you do that, it will take some time for the black spots to separate from the aura and reappear.

In reality, this is a matter of good and bad. If you want to deeply understand the cause of the aura, it may be beneficial to bring it back into the manipura chakra and re-experience it to understand its nature. On the other hand, if it is a black aura that you have picked up from others or is unnecessary for you, you should discard it without hesitation.

At this time, there are two options: raising or lowering. If you lower it, it means bringing it into the manipura chakra to re-experience it. On the other hand, if you raise it, it means that it will dissolve into the light and disappear.

For example, this morning, while lying in bed in a dreamlike state, I felt the presence of small black spots, about 5cm or 10cm above my body. These black auras appear as spots within the aura surrounding the body.

You could choose to accept these black auras back into your body and allow them to dissolve, experiencing what they are. However, this time, I was not interested in these mysterious black auras, so I simply observed them. Suddenly, the black spots disappeared as if smoke was dissolving into bright light.

In this way, the black spots that appeared as an aura were purified.

In reality, some people have a completely black aura, and it may not even be spots, but the entire aura is dark, which may require diligent purification beforehand. However, as purification progresses, it seems that you can simply deal with the black spots that you pick up in daily life.

It's like washing your face or taking a bath every day; when you live, you inevitably come into contact with some kind of aura, and it can get you dirty. Therefore, I think it's necessary to carefully and properly purify your aura every day.

At that time, instead of the aura being absorbed and integrated, it's like taking a bath; if you simply wash away the impurities, that's enough. Since it's an aura, the direction of purification should be "upward," like dissolving it into the light.

In reality, it might be more accurate to say it's "space" itself, but intuitively, if you let it go "down," it might come down to you and integrate with you, so the upward direction seems safer.
