Of course, what is obvious is obvious, but in reality, that is the case.

Recently, I have been able to reach the Sahasrara chakra with my aura through meditation, and I feel that when I am exposed to sunlight in my daily life, energy is being absorbed. I feel like I am absorbing energy as if I am undergoing photosynthesis.

Since I am walking outside for a stroll, I am not doing seated meditation at that time, but I feel quite energized, almost as much as when I am meditating.

Until now, the basic pattern was to increase energy through seated meditation, consume that energy in daily life, and then increase energy again through meditation.

Now, being able to absorb energy from sunlight through the Sahasrara chakra means that even during daytime activities, energy can be replenished simply by being exposed to sunlight.

It is natural that sunlight feels pleasant.
It is natural that walking outside on a sunny day feels good.
It is natural that being exposed to sunlight makes you feel energized.

As I said, it is obvious, but what is different now is that I actually feel energy flowing in.

However, this is a subjective experience, so some people may have felt this way from the beginning, and for them, it may be natural. In my case, I have always felt that sunlight is pleasant, but I have not felt the sensation of energy flowing into the Sahasrara chakra until now.

When I am in this state, I think I can keep the Sahasrara chakra relatively open even on sunny days.

Until now, the Sahasrara chakra tended to close over time as I went through daily life, but perhaps this is because energy is constantly flowing through the Sahasrara chakra, so it does not close as much. I think it may be that if energy is flowing and the route is being used, it is less likely to close.

I somehow feel that when I am in this state, spiritual growth may accelerate. Until now, my focus has been on my own energy and the energy of the earth, and on my individual spirit, but now I can also use the energy of the sun. However, whether that will actually happen remains to be seen.

That being said, I also think that it may only be slightly open. How much it opens in the future is a point to observe.
