A different space opened beneath Muradara.

During my usual seated meditation, I didn't intend to think about the Muladhara chakra at all, but suddenly, without any intention, a round sphere appeared in the perineum area, slightly below the Muladhara. It felt like something out of science fiction or a manga. The size was probably about 10 cm in diameter, but it's a subjective feeling, so it might have been closer to 5 cm. In about 1 second, it grew at a uniform rate, like a machine or an old-fashioned, unrefined science fiction, and expanded to that size.

The color was black, like the black sphere in the manga "Gantz." In terms of how it suddenly appeared, it was similar to the moment when something comes out of time travel in "Terminator 2," but unlike "Terminator," there was no feeling of electricity, just a simple black, otherworldly sphere, like in "Gantz."

This black sphere, although black, didn't feel unpleasant; it just felt like it was connected to another dimension, which is why it felt black.

The reason I think it's another dimension is not based on any evidence, but just a feeling. There's a sensation, or rather, a lack of sensation from this world in that area. It feels like it's connected to something, but I don't know what's inside.

Eventually, when I ended the meditation and left it alone, the sensation of the black sphere faded and almost disappeared. However, the Muladhara chakra seems to be slightly more activated than before. I'm not sure if it felt like this before, but recently, I haven't been consciously aware of the Muladhara chakra. However, when I checked the state of the Muladhara chakra again this time, it seems to be even more activated.

Often, when people talk about "grounding," they describe it as connecting to the Earth or the ground below. However, this otherworldly space feels more like grounding to me.

When I actually try to connect to the ground or the Earth, I tend to connect to human thoughts and feelings, which can be a painful sensation. Also, the consciousness of the Earth as a planet is still young, and it has a wild feeling, like a mixture of "desert" and "green." In addition, human desires and jealousy, and other miscellaneous things get mixed in, so I don't usually try to connect to the Earth or the ground. However, compared to that, this otherworldly space of the Muladhara chakra feels appropriate for the concept of grounding.

Regardless of the circumstances, being firmly grounded is the very nature of Muladhara's "earth" element, and it may have been strengthened in this other space.
