It's a subjective feeling, but it seems to have spread about twice as much as three days ago, especially on the right side.
Without any warning, suddenly, the center of my head, which had felt a little tight before, suddenly started moving with a "zuzuzu" sound, as if dragging walls or heavy objects, stopping and starting briefly, and it felt like it spread slightly to the right side over about 3 to 5 seconds.
The other day, I also felt something similar, but it wasn't as large a movement as this time; it just moved "zuzuzu" and seemed to get stuck somewhere.
This time, the spot that had been stuck came loose again, and it moved significantly. I feel like the large block in the center of my head has mostly disappeared.
However, it still feels like there are hard things remaining in the finer areas. If I were to compare it to cooking, it's like when you dissolve flour in water, and it's mostly dissolved, but there are still some undissolved particles remaining in various places, and I feel the need to gradually loosen those up. However, the center of my head seems to have mostly dissolved.
Whether this means the "crack" or "creak" sensation in the center of my head has ended is not necessarily the case; it's still making "creaking" sounds. However, the difference is that before, the "creaking" sounds were coming from the tight areas, but now, the "creaking" and "cracking" sounds are coming from areas that have become slightly more spacious.
It's making the same "creaking" and "cracking" sounds as before, so it looks the same, but in terms of the basic degree of loosening, it's progressing.
