A yokai with "two arms" attacks by "strangling" you.

In my neighborhood, someone suddenly experienced mental distress and right eye redness.

Minor ailments, such as those occurring about a month ago, have been frequent, but such severe issues have been rare recently. However, according to my notes, a similar incident occurred about two and a half years ago in Roppongi, where I experienced a sudden mental breakdown. At that time, something indescribable, like a human and insect hybrid resembling a "child crying old man" cocoon, was attached to my right shoulder, which was an abnormal situation. This time, however, I was attacked by "two arms" and strangled. The following is the sequence of events.

Initially, I was riding my bicycle around the neighborhood around noon when I suddenly felt a disturbance in my face and consciousness. Not only my right eye, but also mainly the right side of my body changed instantly, causing breathing difficulties. I felt like something was in my right eye, causing pain. Subsequently, energy stopped flowing to my body, especially the right side, making my body stiff and difficult to bend over. My head felt stiff, and my right eye was congested. Even after showering and rinsing my right eye, it didn't improve. I tried meditating to restore energy to the right side of my body, but the energy flow was poor, and my entire body suddenly became stiff, both energetically and physically, making it difficult to recover. It happened so suddenly.

The next day, it still hadn't improved. My morning meditation helped a little, but the congestion remained, and my face was in a terrible state.

I suspect that there was a "black smoke" or a "black human soul," or some "black entity" in that space, and that I experienced this sudden disturbance due to contact with it. However, it might just be that something got into my right eye. Such things can happen.

As a result of this, I feel a bit like I have a cold, and my energy levels are slightly lower. I am gradually recovering through meditation, but I am not yet fully back to normal.

It's been a long time since I've experienced such a severe issue. Since it was a holiday, I decided to get some rest and recover, so I lay down in bed around noon. As I lay in bed, I was about to fall asleep, but for some reason, while my physical body was lying down, my consciousness felt like I was sitting and meditating. It felt like I, myself, was sitting cross-legged on my chest and meditating.

Furthermore, although my physical body was trying to lie down and sleep, it was daytime, so it was difficult to fall asleep. I was trying to recover while dozing off, but my consciousness was meditating in a sitting position. And, for some reason, my consciousness, which was meditating in a sitting position, continued to "doze off" and became a meditative state where I was slightly hunched over. My physical body was originally lying down with its eyes closed, trying to sleep, but my consciousness was sitting, and that consciousness, which was sitting, was looking sleepy. It was a strange situation, and my "observing consciousness" was watching it with interest.

Then, suddenly, two arms suddenly emerged from in front of me and strongly grabbed the neck of my consciousness, saying, "Wake up. Die." It was a grip with such strength that it was suffocating. Due to that force, I felt like my physical body was being lifted into the air. It wasn't just a simple choke; there was force applied diagonally from the front, upwards, as if trying to lift the body.

This, again, was not done to my physical body, but to my consciousness, the "me" sitting in the chest area of my body, the "me" meditating, the "me" about to fall asleep while meditating (my consciousness). The two arms tightly gripped the neck of my consciousness with great force, and not only my consciousness but also my physical body felt suffocated. The two arms held my consciousness in the air with such a strong force that it felt like it was floating (although it was in my consciousness), and this state continued. Then, the two arms repeated the words mentioned above, filled with resentment, and further increased the choking force. Initially, my physical body was passive, but the two arms were choking with such force that my consciousness was lifted, and my body was being lifted.

* The "me" lying down and sleeping (my physical self)
* The "me" meditating (my consciousness) sitting in the chest area of my body
* The two arms choking the "me" (are they a yokai, some kind of consciousness, or perhaps resentment?)

Although it was my consciousness that was being choked, I somehow felt suffocated in my physical body as well. I even felt a vague sensation of actually being choked.

I think the choking lasted for about 30 seconds to a few minutes. I intuitively felt that if this continued, it would be dangerous, so (almost unconsciously), I gathered all my strength and put it into my entire body, and then I shook my body violently and shouted, "Hah!" Suddenly, the two arms disappeared. After that, blood flow suddenly returned to my body, especially the right half.

It seems that they retreated just by me shouting. Without any effort like "using aura to pluck and pull away" or "wrapping with an aura bandage," they retreated quickly just with my willpower.

The most noticeable changes due to the recovery were in the right wrist and right elbow. I could clearly feel that the energy that had been depleted in my right arm suddenly returned. Also, the area from the center of my face to my right ear, which had been feeling blocked, has recovered considerably.

Something unknown suddenly became visible and appeared, and then disappeared, and I recovered. I think this might be the cause of the problem.

Timeline:
- A few days ago, I suddenly felt unwell during the day. I experienced congestion and a disturbance in my body's aura, especially on the right side of my body.
- The next day, it didn't improve.
- I recovered to some extent through meditation.
- I lay in bed to see how I felt.
- While I was dozing off, I felt like I was being "strangled" by "two arms" (my conscious self, who was in a seated meditation position, felt like they were being strangled).
- I rallied and shouted at my entire body, and the "two arms" retreated. (Almost a day after the initial symptoms. Day 2)

I think that something was attached to my body, especially the right side of my face, and was trying to drain my energy. I resisted, so it became uncomfortable for it, and it tried to make me quiet by strangling me. This is probably a pattern where weaker people cannot resist and end up becoming depressed. I don't know the exact identity of this thing; it could be a yokai, a lingering spirit, or something formed from someone's murderous intent. Whatever it is, things like this wander around in public places, which can be dangerous. Last time, I used my "aura hands" to remove something unpleasant, like a "child's crying old man." This time, it went away on its own.

Although I have recovered considerably because the cause of the problem has presumably disappeared, my eyes are still congested, and the state of my body's aura is still like someone recovering from a cold. I would like to wait for further recovery.

...On the same day, in the evening, I bought some inexpensive eye drops at a pharmacy and used them, and the congestion recovered quite quickly and returned to almost normal. The fogginess in my head still remains to some extent, but overall, I think this is about what you would expect for someone recovering from an illness. I think it is safe to say that I have almost completely recovered by day 2.

The next day (day 3), the congestion remains around the eyes, but it is better than the day before (day 2). It is possible that I have an injury in my eyes, but it is trending towards recovery. It seems that the yokai is not coming back.

Still, for weaker people, this might even lead to suicide. It is a very powerful lingering spirit or yokai. I couldn't see the torso, but I don't know if it was really just the arms, or if there was more to it that I couldn't see.

On the day after that (the 4th), the condition had improved considerably. While some lingering effects remain, I have largely returned to a normal state (about 50% of my usual self). It seems to have recovered faster than before. Also, the facial expression, which was strained and didn't show much of a smile until the 3rd day, had largely returned to a normal expression (although not at my usual level) by the 4th day. For now, I think it is safe to say that this issue has recovered.
