In this case, either the quality of the energy has changed, or the energy is not dissipating, but instead forming a pillar of light.(The figure is from "The Path to Pleiadian Awakening.")
Thinking back, the quality of the energy near Rudra Granthi has also been changing. It seems that what used to be easily dissipating energy is now transforming into a more condensed, denser energy with a clearer form. Perhaps, previously, even if energy was flowing from Sahasrara, the quality of the energy was too diffuse to form a pillar of light.
Before the pillar of light appeared, there was a feeling of blockage, like a wall, primarily around the center of the head, the so-called Rudra Granthi, and the energy was not easily flowing upwards from there.
However, recently, as I have continued meditating, this feeling of a wall has gradually diminished, and the energy has been filling up higher and higher. This means that the energy is rising, and it is gradually accumulating in the frontal lobe, the occipital region, and the area around the Sahasrara at the top of the head. In the past, the upper half of the head was stiff and I didn't feel much sensation there, but recently, the muscles have also become more relaxed, and in the past few months, I have occasionally felt a popping or crackling sensation in my head, along with a loosening and release of tension. Similarly, the sensation of energy in the head has gradually appeared, and the sensation of energy has become clearer, and it seems that I have surpassed Rudra Granthi.
In my case, the Sahasrara at the top of the head was probably only slightly open, but basically it was closed. Although energy occasionally flowed upwards from the Sahasrara, it generally felt like the energy was stopping at the Sahasrara. Previously, even if energy flowed upwards from the Sahasrara, it would simply dissipate around, causing a slight relaxation. Or, it felt like the energy was blocked at the Sahasrara, and it was like the energy was stuck and had nowhere to go.
And just recently, I felt a sensation like a crack forming in a semi-circular shape on top of my head. At that time, there were no pillars of light, and I was performing energy work, imagining "rotating energy (using my aura hands) in the heavens and directing it downwards to myself," or "rotating energy (using my aura hands) in the area around my head and sending it upwards to the heavens" during meditation. At that time, I felt that when directing energy from the heavens to the area where the crack had formed, a lid was being pressed and moving slightly, but that was all. This energy work was effective for transitioning from a dominant Manipura chakra to a dominant Anahata chakra, and I was doing it gradually, thinking it might also be effective for transcending the Gudara Ghranti. However, I was experimenting with different ways of rotating, trying to find an effective method. I was moving the rotation from the Ajna chakra downwards and to the right, or from the heavens, upwards and to the right, or I was performing a technique where I pointed my right hand towards my head from the left side and rotated it from right to back of the head, as if scraping the energy up to the crown of my head. The last one was intended to be a technique that consciously went beyond the "half-step" route.
The effectiveness of this technique itself was somewhat inconsistent, but I was doing it occasionally.
And today, unexpectedly, a pillar of light appeared during meditation.
In yoga, the "knots" of energy are well-known, and one of them, the Rudra Ghranti, is located in the Ajna chakra (third eye chakra), and perhaps it is acting as a barrier, and if you overcome it, the Sahasrara chakra might be relatively easy to pass through. In other words, it can also be said that transcending the Rudra Ghranti and the Sahasrara chakra is a set. In essence, it's the same story because it's about overcoming the upper half of the head.
However, even though a pillar of light has appeared (and it's the first time), it's not very strong yet, and it's probably only extending about 30cm or 50cm. However, I have the sensation that it continues thinly and reaches far into the heavens, but it doesn't yet feel firmly connected to the heavens.
When I recall memories from past lives and parallel worlds, this pillar of light should reach far above, truly to the heavens. Although it's just the beginning, I feel like I've finally overcome one barrier. I've finally reached the state that I remembered.
I suddenly surpassed Sahasralara, so perhaps the trip to Ise, Nara, and Kyoto that I was doing until recently has borne fruit.
