There are people who misunderstand, but people with psychic abilities cannot create reality; they can simply access the collective consciousness and materialize it. Well, even if that's the case, if one's soul is strong, one can create the reality they desire, but that's a matter of degree; it's difficult to create a reality that the collective consciousness does not want.
Basically, the reality that the collective consciousness desires is created, and this is sometimes called "attraction."
At that time, a certain kind of trigger is needed, and people with psychic abilities act as that trigger.
In a sense, it's similar to "permission." The seed of desire is dormant in the causal (karma) layer, but it accesses and materializes it into reality. Therefore, if there is no seed, it is difficult to materialize, and it is a difficult task to create a new seed. If you create a seed, it would be faster to directly influence reality from the beginning, but even when directly influencing reality, if there is no causal seed, there will be an invisible restriction on the action.
I read a certain story, and there was a scene where a bad person goes to a psychic with a bad request. In such cases, what is originally possible is to influence the collective consciousness and materialize what the collective consciousness desires. Therefore, if the bad person is deeply hated by others, the reality that is materialized would be that the bad person suffers and is punished. It is not necessarily that the request is delivered as is, but rather, the request from reality is only a trigger for picking which reality to materialize, and it will not materialize if there is no seed.
For psychics, it is a real problem when they are brought desires that are difficult to materialize. This is because there is either no seed to materialize them, or the seed is too small, making it difficult to materialize. It is easier to materialize thoughts that are strongly present in the collective consciousness. Therefore, I think it is important to clearly communicate that "I can materialize the desires of the collective consciousness, but I cannot create any reality I want," and to change the trend of bringing any and every desire.
However, perhaps even people who call themselves psychics may not actually understand this, and they may be wondering, "Sometimes it materializes, and sometimes it doesn't, why?" In the end, it's a simple story; it's only a matter of whether or not the seed of the collective consciousness's will exists.
In the end, even if they are called psychics, they usually have only that much power, and they cannot surpass the collective consciousness.
