There are people who misunderstand, but people with psychic abilities cannot create reality; they can simply access the collective consciousness and materialize it. Well, even if that's the case, if one's soul is strong, one can create the reality they desire, but that's a matter of degree; it's difficult to create a reality that the collective consciousness does not want.

Basically, the reality that the collective consciousness desires is created, and this is sometimes called "attraction."
