Focusing on the space between the eyebrows is a fundamental aspect of meditation, but I'm experiencing a different kind of focus.
The Kundalini energy is channeled from the base of the spine, passing through the "half-step" near the back of the head, and ascends to the crown chakra. Simultaneously, the cosmic Kundalini, or the 6th-dimensional Kundalini, or the 6th-dimensional higher self, flows directly from the heart chakra (Anahata) and permeates the entire body, especially the crown chakra.
Then, the Kundalini energy that rises from the lower chakras, passing through the back of the head, and the energy of the higher self merge near the crown chakra. This fused energy seeks a release point and flows into the space between the eyebrows.
During meditation, I generally focus on the space between the eyebrows, but it's not always necessary to concentrate so intensely on that point. Sometimes, I shift my awareness to different areas, such as the crown chakra or the arms. In this case, the Kundalini energy and the higher self energy merge near the crown chakra, responding to the direction of my awareness. Even if I'm not consciously focusing on the space between the eyebrows, this fused energy seeks a release point and flows into that area.
The crown chakra (Sahasrara) is filled with both Kundalini energy and higher self energy. The higher self energy, which seems to exist in a different dimension, doesn't necessarily need to follow the same route as Kundalini, such as passing through the back of the head. It flows directly from the Anahata to the Sahasrara. However, this higher self energy, which is different in dimension, merges with the original Kundalini energy, creating a new state of energy and a new form of aura, and this energy flows into the space between the eyebrows.
When I continue meditating in this state, it's a different experience than the state of stillness that occurs when Kundalini is simply raised to the Sahasrara. In the state of stillness, there's a slight feeling of being detached from this world. However, in this state of renewed focus on the space between the eyebrows, I feel more grounded.
There's a sense that I might be connecting with something different in dimension, but it's just a premonition. So far, the only noticeable change is this feeling.
