The area just below the navel suddenly loosened while I was drowsy in the early morning. Just before that, a song that I had heard somewhere during the bubble era started playing, and memories of everyday life from that time came to mind, and I was looking at them, wondering what they were. Then, suddenly, the area below my navel began to tingle and buzz, and something that was originally a hard, knotted string loosened and became soft.
In yoga, "knots" are called "granthis," and it is generally said that there are three, but there are slight differences in expression depending on the book. According to the general understanding, the lowest granthi is located in the muladhara, so it seems a little different from that, but some books mention something similar to the swadhisthana granthi.
My interpretation is that granthis are located in layers.
The granthi at the level of prana is the general granthi, and when kundalini rises, it is said that if there is an energetic barrier, it feels like a knot, so it seems that it is transmitted in that way.
This time, it was connected to emotions and memories, so it was probably an astral granthi. Because the swadhisthana chakra has been weak for me, it seems that the chakra below it was adjusted, making it energetically easier to pass through. In fact, I have experienced something similar, albeit slightly, many times before, and this time it seems to have loosened even further.
Originally, this chakra can be opened by having a good relationship with someone, or there was such an option. However, when I looked into the future, that person seemed a bit dreamy and unclear, and I realized that I was not so proactive about getting married to that person, and she would become hysterical. So, I avoided it from the beginning, thinking that if that were the case. The swadhisthana chakra (for men) is the part that governs femininity (for women, the swadhisthana chakra governs masculinity), so it is a part that is easily opened through sexual relations, but I knew that it could be resolved even without anyone else if I waited a little longer. So, I decided that it would be better not to approach her, rather than hurting her feelings. This could be called rewriting the timeline, but it is also just a normal thing, as I am simply predicting the future and choosing my actions. It is certain that these chakras were easier to open by borrowing the power of her femininity (although it is not tantra), but it seems that such a thing is not always necessary.
In any case, for me, the sacral chakra, which represents femininity, has started to move, and parts that had been inactive are now moving, so the area below the navel is slowly tingling and feels "moist."
The sacral chakra is also said to be the chakra of the unconscious, and it is said that if the ajna chakra is active, one will not be easily swayed. Therefore, the fact that the sacral chakra has started to move at this stage, when the ajna chakra has started to move even a little, seems like a good sequence.
At the same time, the perineum of the muladhara chakra has also started to tingle and move, similar to before, and it seems that the lower chakras that were previously weak are gradually being activated.
These, the muladhara and sacral chakras, seem to have been originally weak for me, so they don't open completely in one go, but rather open gradually with intervals.
Also, it is said that the muladhara and ajna chakras are directly connected, and that changes in one will inevitably manifest as changes in the other. Therefore, the fact that changes have appeared in the muladhara and the sacral chakra, which is close to it, at the same time that changes have appeared again in the ajna chakra, seems to be consistent with the theory.
