Strictly speaking, it's not that it has moved, but rather that it's different blockages. However, compared to before, it seems that the location of the blockages has gradually shifted upwards. Three months or six months ago, there seemed to be an energetic blockage connecting the spine to the head, in the center, which is what yoga calls the "granthi" (spiritual knot). Recently, while that area is not completely clear, it is basically not a problem and energy is flowing through it. So, it seems that blockages are occurring in the areas further ahead.Even before that, there was a blockage in the throat area. Although the throat area is not completely open now, it still has some weakness, but it is open to a certain extent. In this way, even though it has once opened and energy flows more smoothly, that is a matter of degree. Even if a part that was originally weak or had poor energy flow becomes passable, I think it will gradually improve.Currently, the blockage is occurring in the upper part of the head, slightly above the center, and more towards the back of the head, as well as on the inner side of the forehead, above the eyes, and on the sides. However, compared to before, the flow of energy in the central part of the head has improved significantly, and it seems that the next area to focus on is the upper third of the head.

There is a correlation between the flow of energy and the clarity of consciousness. The more blocked the area, and the more severe the blockage, the darker and more hazy the consciousness becomes. Conversely, the more open the area, the more clear the consciousness becomes.

Currently, consciousness is relatively clear, and it is a much better state than before. However, I still feel that consciousness is not completely clear. In the past, I would have been quite satisfied with this state, but now that I can see these issues, I realize that there is still more room for improvement in the clarity of consciousness.
