This morning, during meditation, an energy orb appeared in this area. It was slightly smaller than a ping pong ball, about the size of a large marble, but it was an energy body, so it was soft, but not as light as an aura, and it had a solid shape. It was like an energy orb with the softness of a soft tennis ball and the firmness of a hard tennis ball, like a soft tennis ball filled with a lot of air, but also with flexibility. This energy orb moved through that area, opening up energy pathways.
Initially, it started from the center of the back of the head, and then it reached from the back of the head to the crown chakra (Sahasrara). As a result, it felt like the energy coming in from the Sahasrara chakra increased, and then the route opened from the back of the head, through the crown chakra, down to the neck.
When it connected to the neck, it seems that the right side of the body is more active, and the energy line on the right side of the neck became thicker, and I felt that the neck area expanded slightly, both physically and aurically.
As a result, the energy entering the head increased, especially on the right side of the head. The increase in energy coming from the Sahasrara chakra, and the energy rising from the body through the neck (so-called Kundalini), merged, and the activation of the head progressed further.
It doesn't seem to be over yet, and it's not perfect, and it doesn't seem to be awakened yet, but the trend seems to be in a good direction.
At this time, what was particularly important was the request to the guardian spirit.
Recently, in a spiritual counseling session, I was pointed out that I have been trying to do everything myself, and that I should rely more on my guardian spirit. I was told that my guardian spirit cannot intervene unless I ask for help. Also, I had been told before that the energy route should go directly up, rather than through the throat, between the eyebrows, and the back of the head, because it would cause a lot of energy loss.
Just before this route opened, I remembered that I had been told about this, and I thought, "Guardian spirit, please open the route directly to the Sahasrara chakra." I also prayed, "Princess, please help." Immediately after that, within a short time, probably less than 10 or 30 minutes after I made the request, something suddenly felt like it was being lifted from the center of my head, and a straight energy route opened from the back of the head to the vicinity of the Sahasrara chakra. Thank you, guardian spirit and princess, for working hard. I feel like I should have asked for help sooner, but this timing was just right.
