A timeline of a major disaster occurring on Earth and turning it into a wasteland.

In reality, there is a timeline that separated at the end of the 20th century, where a natural disaster (such as a major earthquake or tsunami) occurs on Earth, and a spaceship comes to help those who survive. The people in the current timeline, including myself, did not choose that timeline, but it seems to be a rather ambiguous timeline, and it feels like only people with a sense of elitism and spiritual beliefs are rejoicing in the destruction and the help from the spaceship.

The timeline itself separated around the end of the 20th century, but the actual disaster and the beginning of a new Earth occurred around 2010.

Before the disaster, there were unusual phenomena that caused anxiety among people. Then, a major disaster such as a tsunami occurred, and many areas were flooded, resulting in the death of almost 90% of the people. However, those who were on a list beforehand or who happened to be in a safe place were rescued by a spaceship, and they spent a few years in the safe spaceship. Afterwards, they were scattered to various places on Earth where the environment had stabilized.

It is a relatively primitive society, but with the support of the spaceship, people do not have many inconveniences in their lives. They built ordinary houses like those on Earth and started a new life.

However, the sense of elitism that remained among the people who survived is deeply rooted. Moreover, in that timeline, for some reason, eccentric and biased spiritual people tend to survive. They received the trend of spirituality at the time, such as "there is no need for leaders in this world," and they criticize or directly attack people who play a role in uniting the community, saying things like "We don't need leaders like you in this new world," and become irritated or hysterical, causing trouble for the leaders and everyone. It has become a community where such eccentric spiritual people are prominent.

In that timeline, there is actually no one who can be called a leader; there is only a contact person with the spaceship, and that contact person receives guidance through channeling. However, people who dislike and cannot tolerate the existence of such a person, thinking that they themselves are worthy of that position, or feeling jealous, have brought back old bad customs and are comparing people and fighting, creating a ridiculous new world, despite having survived the disaster.

The community where people who have survived the disaster have a strong sense of elitism, and the addition of spiritual knowledge leads to eccentric people who use spiritual excuses to hysterically attack others. Such a community is uncomfortable. Moreover, the community is small in number and isolated from other communities, so it is tiring to deal with eccentric people in a narrow world.

The community was divided into regions based on national languages, arranged by aliens.
However, even though they were far apart, there seemed to be some interaction.

In that timeline, they gradually rebuilt civilization over thousands of years.

Perhaps some people liked that timeline and continued to stay in it.
However, the people who are in this current timeline either had no connection to that timeline or found it unsatisfactory and left.

It seems that the intention of the "god" is that regarding that timeline, "If these eccentric people are going to be jealous and envious, then the natural disaster was pointless..."

The "god" intended for natural disasters to cause people to abandon their self-centered thinking and create a peaceful world, but it was more of an experiment.
However, the result was a world where eccentric people were jealous and envious, and had a sense of superiority, and the "god" thought, "This is meaningless," and abandoned that timeline, now experimenting with this current timeline.
The people who remain in that timeline are in a dreamlike state.
Even so, that timeline will likely last for thousands of years, but as time passes, it will become a "thin" world, and they will either wake up from the dream or eventually realize that the world will disappear, and they will have no choice but to go to another timeline.

Even now, there are people who, while claiming to be spiritual, reject anything that is not what they want or what they consider ideal, and become hysterical.
That kind of world, where such people gather and promote a sense of superiority, is not what the "god" desires.

Recently, there were people who were saying things like, "A natural disaster will occur, and a spaceship will come to help."
However, for the people who went to that timeline, that was indeed the case.
Even if the timelines are separated, the consciousness of the other timeline does not disappear, and the world moves relatively automatically like an NPC (a non-player character in a game), continuing on its own.
It's just a difference in which world your free will is focused on, and another world exists.

Therefore, that timeline exists, but if no one is interested in it, it will lose consciousness and disappear.
On the other hand, there are many people in this current timeline, so the world is created and maintained by the consciousness and recognition of the people.

Initially, when God (or rather, the collective consciousness) created the timeline for this major disaster, the hope was that by triggering natural disasters such as asteroid impacts or pole shifts, forcing a restart, humanity would awaken and live a life of love. However, the result was as described above, leading to disappointment and the abandonment of that approach.

Currently, there are no plans to attempt a timeline involving natural disasters again. Instead, the current timeline or its derivatives are being explored, and ultimately, if it becomes unavoidable that the Earth will be destroyed by nuclear explosions, then God will "give up" and prioritize resetting the Earth with a natural disaster, allowing a small number of people to restart.

The current timeline is based on a passive judgment that it is better to maintain the status quo, as the survival of humanity leads to an increase in unpleasant people with a sense of superiority. While the complete eradication of humanity is not currently an option, if there are no other choices and humanity is filled with a sense of superiority, it could be a last resort. However, it seems that even the "sense of superiority" is disliked, as it is considered that the straightforward desires of people in the current era are preferable. I haven't seen anyone claiming that "a spaceship will come to rescue the chosen ones" recently. I wonder where they have gone. Perhaps, unbeknownst to me, some extraterrestrial beings have come to take them away.

In reality, I don't think there is much actual harm, but this kind of "help us, extraterrestrials" plea is actually dangerous. There is a "law of non-interference with other civilizations" in the universe, which stipulates that planets should remain independent until their inhabitants become self-sufficient, and that extraterrestrial civilizations should not interfere with civilizations that are not yet capable of space travel. This is a fairly absolute rule, and most extraterrestrial life forms follow this law, and Earth is no exception. However, if one uses the phrase "help us, extraterrestrials," it can create a gateway that invites even malicious entities that were not intended. Even if there are basic universal laws, if an extraterrestrial civilization recognizes Earth and Earth invites them, it can become an opportunity for malicious entities that do not respect those laws to enter. Even if the extraterrestrial civilization appears trustworthy and peaceful, it is almost impossible for humans on Earth to discern their true intentions. In terms of information, knowledge, wisdom, observation, and research, extraterrestrial beings who freely travel through the universe are naturally one or two steps ahead. They can easily deceive us if they want to. There are truly loving beings, but if you think about being rescued by aliens without knowing who they are, or based on something you read in a book or something that spoke to you in your head, without much certainty, you might be eaten as food. Basically, the problems of Earth should be solved on Earth, and that is what the universal laws say. If people are hoping to be rescued by extraterrestrials for the sake of Earth's peace, they are mistaken. Even if extraterrestrials help humans on Earth, it should be considered as an act of kindness similar to helping a dog that has twisted its ankle while walking in the neighborhood, or a whim.
