They have no need to, nor do they desire to. They are friends from afar. The people on the massive spacecraft sent from the Pleiades are, in essence, individuals who have excelled in their respective academies on their home planet, voluntarily undertaking long-term missions to distant locations, with high motivation to observe and guide the evolution of Earth. In addition, there are about a dozen children who were born on the spacecraft. These children, unlike the academy graduates, are not required to have outstanding academic records, but the spacecraft serves as their home, and they are granted the privilege of participating in the Earth mission if they wish. These individuals are involved with Earth, particularly Japan, but they are not gods or anything of that nature.

It is similar to a Star Trek-style mission, where they adhere to the "non-interference" principle while observing, studying, and understanding a planet. Occasionally, they may subtly prevent or guide events that seem likely to go wrong. However, they fundamentally respect the planet's free will and its own growth.

The Pleiadians themselves say:

They are aware that various groups on Earth overestimate their importance. They do not consider themselves worthy of such a position, nor do they desire to be. They understand that they are being placed in a higher position than they should be due to the Earthlings' desire for honor and profit. They claim, humbly, that they are the same as Earthlings.

Indeed, they may possess advanced technology and have achieved a high level of spiritual evolution, but they are not Earth's guardians, nor are they angels sent by God, or anything similar. (This may disappoint many on Earth).

Many groups on Earth claim that aliens are "Earth's watchmen and masters of Earth's destiny." However, this is not the truth.

In reality, like in Star Trek, highly technologically advanced individuals are on spacecraft, and educated individuals are observing the planet's growth, largely leaving its spontaneous growth to its own course, while occasionally providing a little guidance. In other words, the members participating in this mission are simply fulfilling the missions and tasks assigned to them.

Aliens, especially the Pleiadians, have nothing to do with monitoring or determining Earth's destiny. (This may disappoint some).

People with religious beliefs often deify aliens, portraying them as god-like beings. This kind of thinking leads to a degradation of human dignity and the subjugation of their own people.

In reports about aliens in Earth's media, there is often an underlying belief:

"Earthlings make only mistakes and do not live correctly."

Aliens do not hold this belief. It is entirely a misunderstanding.

This is because Earthlings are living and growing according to the laws of evolution.

Earthlings may be considered barbaric, but this barbarism is in accordance with the laws of natural growth. This barbarism arises from the natural conditions of Earth, and because it is natural, it is growth, not degeneration.

This barbarism disappears only when spiritual evolution is achieved and a high state is reached. Earthlings are in a barbaric state, and they must grow from that state. However, this is not a negative thing; it should be viewed positively, as it is the only way to grow.

Many hardships and tragedies await in this growth. However, it is through these that recognition and knowledge can be attained. The harshness of barbaric humans is necessary to reach that point. Without it, there would be no desire for progress and new knowledge. A certain degree of barbarism makes research and development possible. This barbarism allows them to overcome negative situations.

And the negative factors are often religious fanaticism. Humanity will progress when it abandons religion and turns towards true spiritual growth.

Even scientists are using their knowledge and abilities for selfish purposes, enslaving and exploiting those who are less knowledgeable. This situation also needs to be improved. Scientists must not claim to be gods and repeat the mistakes of the past.

The aliens, especially the Pleiadians, think:

"We will show Earthlings a path and wait for certain realizations to mature within them."

This is to prevent Earthlings from repeating the same mistakes as Earth or the Pleiadians. To that end, they have deliberately intervened (beyond the principle of non-interference). Otherwise, they fundamentally leave everything to the free will of Earthlings.

On Earth, the protagonist is the Earthling.

And those who cannot accept this fact will continue to deify aliens, and will try to despise and exclude the simple aliens by calling them "fakes." This has been happening from over 30 years ago to the present. In the past, and in the future, such misunderstandings and deification will continue for the time being, but the actual aliens are patiently waiting for humans to mature.
