To negative emotions, you can make a request for them to leave.

It seems that the consciousness causing the trauma can be asked to leave the body.

This might be similar to what spiritualists or mediums do when performing exorcisms. It's important to ask these unknown consciousnesses that are covering the body to leave. I often used my aura to pluck and pull them out, but it seems that if the consciousness is relatively benign, it will leave if you ask it.

This is not always a good thing, as there may be cases where a deity of learning or a mentor is present, and it would be better to let them stay. However, it's best to ask consciousnesses that cause trauma to leave.

At that time, it is important to recognize that you and the consciousness are separate entities. If you can recognize a separate consciousness, it's relatively easy. You can simply talk to that consciousness and ask it to leave.

In reality, these types of consciousness are not as clear as human consciousness; they are more like residual thoughts.

These residual thoughts can be left by living humans, sent by others, or even remain from the deceased. In all these cases, it is not a true "conscious" in the sense of being able to think, but rather something more vague and hazy.

Compared to human consciousness, these residual thoughts are much less sophisticated. However, in reality, even these residual thoughts can develop into a level of consciousness that allows for simple responses if they become concentrated and intense. This is still a reactive response, not a normal one, but it can still appear to be a coherent response.

These residual thoughts, which are not human consciousness but rather remnants, tend to be fixated on the same thought and repeat it endlessly. However, they will sometimes follow a request or a simple command and leave.

In cases where the residual thoughts are too heavy and sticky, they may not move. However, if they are relatively light, they seem to follow a request or instruction. If the trauma is not too severe, or if it's simply a type that is repeated many times, they may follow the instruction and leave.

Generally, such lingering thoughts seem to be felt within the body as something different from "oneself." If there is a sense of discomfort, simply asking them to "go away" may have some effect.
