It was as if a goal, whether distant or temporary, came into view.

The manifestation of this inner divinity. The fusion with the consciousness of God, the light that is God, and the making of this inner divinity certain, is what should be aimed for. The fact that one's own consciousness ultimately becomes God, or approaches God, is the path that should be taken. God is energy, consciousness, and something that is full. It is also what is called "prana" in yoga. That is the divine consciousness, and approaching God is achieved by increasing the divine consciousness, which is the prana of God.

This is something that is taught at the beginning of yoga, and it is probably something that many people know, so it is not particularly special knowledge.

Until now, I have only vaguely understood these things, but as the consciousness of the Sahasrara (even a little) opens, it becomes clear that this simple story is actually the goal.

This is not just a matter of theory, nor is it just a matter of study.

In reality, human consciousness is infinite and is connected to the consciousness of God, and what is learned through study actually becomes that through the Sahasrara. And it is certain that this is the goal, and that realizing divine consciousness is important, and that practice should ultimately be directed towards that.

When one reaches this stage, the meaning of what is said in books, that the inner God, the God within oneself, is the same as the energy and power of the universe and prana, becomes clear (even if it is only a small manifestation).

One can also understand the words in scriptures that "God is all life," and similarly, the words in scriptures that "my heart is filled with infinite wisdom" also become clearly true (even if the manifestation is small), and it is understood that deepening this is approaching the goal.

The words that "the God within oneself is the energy that fills the entire universe" also become clearly true, and one no longer doubts it (although, of course, one has not yet reached that ultimate state).

This is not about blindly believing, but about clearly knowing that it is true. I think that knowledge learned through study is sufficient until then, but when one reaches this point, one can clearly confirm that the knowledge learned through study is true, and the direction to move forward becomes clear.

If you once recognize, understand, and clearly accept this perception, this understanding, and this goal, I think you will no longer be extremely swayed by trivial matters along the way (such as psychic abilities).

It is something that can be recognized, even if faintly, and with certainty. However, I also clearly understand that there is a gap between my current state and such an ultimate goal that is impossible to reach in this lifetime. Nevertheless, I think it would be very happy to be able to manifest even a part of that divine consciousness in this lifetime.
