Rudra Granty is stuck.

This is said to be located in the center of the head, in the pineal gland or the Ajna chakra (third eye chakra). "Granthi" in Sanskrit means "knot," and it signifies that the spiritual (energy) "connection" is "disconnected" or "broken."

There are generally said to be three types of granthis, and I think there are more, including those other than the main ones. One of the main ones is the Rudra granthi, which is also called the "knot of Shiva" because Rudra is the name of the god Shiva.

Even without overcoming the Rudra granthi, it is possible to raise energy to the Sahasrara at the crown of the head, but when the granthi is blocked, there is a barrier there, making it difficult for energy to flow smoothly upwards.

This is the same state that occurs when any granthi is blocked. For example, I clearly realized that the energy was not rising from the Manipura chakra (solar plexus chakra). After that, the energy started to flow all at once, and the aura shifted to be dominated by Anahata. However, when a granthi breaks and energy flows through, it feels like it happens in a relatively short moment.

Although it was not as clear as the Manipura, there were times when energy was blocked in the Vishuddha chakra (throat chakra), making it difficult to rise. This time, a similar state has appeared in the center of the head.

In my case, the Vishuddha chakra opened gradually, but recently, especially after energy started to flow more strongly into the Vishuddha chakra, the energy blockage in the Vishuddha chakra has almost disappeared, and energy has been flowing down to the lower half of the head.

When I meditate, energy gradually enters the frontal lobe, but it doesn't reach the crown.

There is a place in the head that is like the "half step" in the Flower of Life, and the order seems to be the frontal lobe, then the center of the head, then the back of the head, and finally the crown. This matches my current state.

In my case, although energy has been gradually entering the frontal lobe through meditation after passing through the Vishuddha chakra, I feel that I have not yet completed the "half step."

Even in this state, energy sometimes reaches the Sahasrara at the crown, so it seems that it is somewhat connected. However, the energy channel still seems to be thin.

Since the Vishuddha chakra opened gradually, I think that this "half step" will also open gradually.
