It may overlap with the spine to some extent, but I can feel the same energy from the sacrum gradually rising along the skin of my back.
The things I'm doing are not much different from before. I concentrate on the ajna chakra between my eyebrows and draw energy from the central energy channel of my head to my chest (perhaps cosmic energy). I don't know exactly what kind of energy it is, but energy enters from the ajna chakra, presumably from the universe or a higher dimension, and I guide it to my chest and then fill my body with it.
When I do that, the energy around the sacrum also becomes somewhat activated. However, the energy entering from the ajna chakra and the energy of the sacrum are not directly connected, and they are somewhat different energies. I think they are indirectly related in some way. The evidence for this is that when energy enters from the ajna chakra, the energy of the sacrum also reacts and becomes activated, although it doesn't react as quickly as one might expect.
When I continue meditating without paying much attention to the sacrum, suddenly, an energy that is the same quality as the energy of the sacrum appears "popping up" along the back, between the sacrum and the chest. This is probably a place where energy accumulates, and it seems to be trying to move upwards, but it's blocked, so it's accumulating there.
Furthermore, a few days later, the same kind of energy appeared again along the back, behind the chest. It seems to be gradually extending upwards from the sacrum.
The thickness of this energy channel is not very large yet, but I feel that the energy is rising along the skin of the back, or in part along the spine, (a little behind the energy of the anahata chakra in the chest).
In addition to this, the energy bundles that run through the entire body remain unchanged. In addition to that, a different energy has emerged, extending from the sacrum to the back of the chest.
Currently, it reaches around the back of the chest anahata chakra, but it remains to be seen whether it will extend further upwards.
