Whether it was a throat-related issue or if it was actually a Rudra-related issue. Since then, energy has been rising more easily to the crown chakra, and the feeling of blockage in the throat area has been significantly alleviated.

Initially, the plan was to build immunity to "Koro-chan" by exposing myself to it early on, and I had been coughing continuously since then at a certain large hospital. However, this time, after a "crack" sound in the throat and energy rising to the crown chakra, the cough has largely subsided, and my voice has become easier to produce.

Just before that, I often coughed slightly when speaking, and it was difficult to speak. Although I still cough occasionally, it has been significantly reduced, and my voice is much easier to produce. I think there might have been a cough and difficulty speaking caused by Koro-chan, but there might also have been a chakra-related issue that caused difficulty speaking or coughing.

Even now, I occasionally feel a slight blockage in my daily life, but since the energy pathways are already somewhat open, I think that even a slight blockage can be easily resolved by meditating or simply sitting quietly. At that time, I sometimes feel a similar small "crack" sensation.

This "crack" sensation has been occurring more frequently recently, not just in the throat, but in various parts of my head. It's as if the bones are moving. With energy entering the head more easily, my head feels like it's moving more than before, and the skull may be moving slightly to gain flexibility. This might be related to the following:

In the eighth level of the "Light Body," the pineal gland and pituitary gland, which are normally the size of peas, begin to grow and change shape. As they grow, you may occasionally feel a sense of pressure in your head. "The Awakening of the Light Body."

I don't know the actual size based on MRI or other comparisons, but in addition to this, there is a well-known saying in ancient traditions called "psychic headache," which refers to experiencing something similar to a headache when the head is actually activated.

In my case, it's not as severe as a headache, but when I think about it, I have often experienced a sensation similar to "the feeling of an eggshell cracking." It's like a "crack," and something that was originally small is expanding slightly.

I still don't fully understand psychic abilities, but the resolution of traumatic sensations has accelerated even further.

In other words, something seems to have suddenly been released, and I feel like the "inner child" is moving within my head. It's not like a final struggle, but it feels like the inner child is trying to communicate something. As a result, the remaining parts of past traumas, which have mostly been resolved, are now emerging as the inner child, and it seems like a final struggle of the ego is taking place.

This might be what is referred to as "demons" in spiritual terms, or the "guardian of the threshold" in Steiner's teachings.

However, it's not as scary as it sounds. Indeed, there are interpretations like that. So, while it's a somewhat troublesome inner child that has emerged, it has surprisingly become quiet in a few days, so I don't think it will be a major problem. I'm in a state of observation.

Even if the inner child is acting out and moving around mischievously in my head, the energy is rising to the crown chakra, so it's all under control, and there are no particular problems.
