However, last night, while I was sleeping, I suddenly heard the voice of a child nearby, and I thought, "It must be a spirit," and I thought, "That's unusual..." It seemed more like an infant than a child. I couldn't see the figure clearly, but it was a very small child.

If it was just unusual for it to be nearby, that would be fine. However, after a while, I suddenly felt it approaching the back of my right neck, and the moment it touched the back of my neck, my entire body began to shake violently and convulse, which surprised me.

It was a significant shaking, and I may have never experienced such shaking before. It was a strong, shaking convulsion, unlike the numbness or muscle spasms I've experienced before. It was a strange kind of convulsion.

I was surprised by how much it shook, like in a manga. I had heard stories from other people about touching spirits or evil spirits and shaking, but I had never personally experienced such a strong reaction.

In the past, when something like this happened, the cause was usually an entity entering my body through a gap in my aura, and I needed to perform a process such as removing an invisible object that was attached to my right arm to recover. Especially when I went out, I often felt unwell because my astral body was being possessed, so I often had to remove the possessed astral bodies.

Recently, I haven't experienced such things often, and I have been living peacefully. However, this time, I was surprised by how much I shook.

The shaking lasted for about 5 to 10 seconds, so I thought, "I need to remove this immediately," and I extended my hand towards my neck to remove it. However, before I could grab it, the shaking suddenly stopped, and it disappeared somewhere. I looked around the area near my neck, but I didn't feel like anything was there.

Did it give up and leave?

It was originally supposed to be a few meters away from me, but it suddenly wrapped around my neck in an instant, so it seems to move very quickly. It also disappeared in an instant.

The next day,
During my morning meditation, I felt that my energy was not rising easily to the Sahasrara chakra. As I continued meditating, my entire body suddenly shook for a moment, and the flow of energy became smoother, and the energy began to rise to the Sahasrara chakra, and my consciousness became relaxed.

It seems that the incident from last night may have caused a slight blockage in the energy channel (nadi in yoga) around my neck.

In the teachings of yoga, it is said that tremors occur when energy blockages are released, and it seems that something in accordance with that teaching has happened. However, it is not uncommon for tremors to improve energy flow, so it is not a rare occurrence. What is interesting is that it happened in connection with the child's spirit last night.

At that time, I didn't feel like there were any obstacles, but it seems that I was actually affected to some extent.

It also feels like this might be part of a training, similar to how my guardian spirit recently put a malevolent spirit of a musician onto my futon to train me.
