(Meditation) Each part of the head begins to open up even further.

Topic: Spiritual: Meditation Records.

Location:

  1. First, between the eyes.
  2. Center of the back of the head.
  3. Upper part of the back of the head.
  4. Top of the head (this reduces the feeling of congestion or cloudiness in the left eye).

Each time,

  • When the tree is cut to a certain extent by an axe or chainsaw, the remaining part falls with a "mishimishi mishimishi" sound, or it feels like cartilage being torn.

And at that time, there are often many unexpected events that happen suddenly.

Sometimes, it makes a deep sound and impact, although I wouldn't call it thunder.

And that part becomes easier to loosen.

That is not the end, but it will become significantly easier to loosen up.

And then, when you start the second lap, it becomes loose very quickly.

The term "second round" refers to the second round in recent times.

Counting from a long time ago, it's probably around 100 times.

Two rotations, three rotations, and deepen the relaxation.

For about a week, I have been traveling in Shikoku. Visiting Mount Kusan and Mount Ishizuchi, and perhaps it's just coincidental, but I experience reactions in various parts of my body.

Strong heartbeat. How many times?

And, on the right side of the mouth, from there towards the ear, it feels like something is loosening, and at the same time, the flow of energy or prana from the mouth to the ear seems to have improved.

That is not all.

It might be a coincidence, but when I bumped my head against a wooden branch at Mount Kensan, the top of my head felt very soft, and I felt a "popping" sensation. Then, I had a strange feeling that something was impacted.

By the way, I think there was a story in Tibetan Buddhism or Bon religion of Tibet that as a sign of certain achievement, the head would swell. I'm not sure if "swell" is the correct word, but I have a feeling that the top of my head has become softer.

A sensation of a strong heartbeat.

  1. Mount Tsukuba
  2. Mount Ishizuchi
  3. Mount Daisen (Tottori)

Mt. Tsukuba and Mt. Ishizuchi were climbed on consecutive days, with a one-day break before climbing Mt. Daimon.

Each one, when entering the mountainous area, felt a strong heartbeat.

And, react to each part of the face.

  • A current runs from the right side of the mouth to the right ear, and the connection to the right ear improves.
  • An electric sensation travels through the left edge of the left eye, vertically. The left eye feels slightly more activated.

Furthermore,

This morning, at the hotel. There was a sensation of something catching in the back of my nose, like being pricked by a needle. I resolved it by pushing and widening that area. Probably, the part that opened recently had slightly retracted while sleeping and got caught.

A needle-like pain slightly below and behind the right eye. This sensation subsided within a few hours after paying attention to that area for some time.

As a result, the left eye begins to open more than before.

Energy activation is progressing.
