In the previous section, a list of representative warriors was mentioned, including Drona, Bhishma, and Karna. However, Duryodhana continues by saying that this does not mean that all of their own heroes have been exhausted.

Many warriors whose names have not been mentioned are said to be skilled in various weapons, proficient in battle, and willing to sacrifice their lives for Duryodhana.

What is emphasized here is the overall strength of the military rather than individual figures. By mentioning famous generals and adding that there are many other heroes besides them, it creates an impression that one's own side has both numbers and skill, as well as resolve.

Duryodhana is trying to convince Dhrona that everyone will fight until the very end for his victory.

There, Duryodhana uses "they" to generally refer to all of them in this passage.

He is trying to show that, the list of heroes I mentioned earlier does not represent the entire list of heroes within our own side.

Besides them, there were many warriors on his side.

They were equipped with a sufficient supply of weapons, including:

• Swords and clubs that are handled by hand.
• Arrows.
• Iron rods.
• Projectiles such as spears.

Also, they were Maharatis, great masters of the art of war, and they were willing to sacrifice their lives for Duryodhana.

Duryodhana was trying to convince Professor Drona that all of these warriors would fight with all their might for the victory of his side, until their last breath.
