In that worldline, even if it's only for a moment, it is created. Then, if that individual has a "wish" or if the group has "consent," that timeline is strengthened, and if not, it gradually disappears like a cloud. In the astral realm and in even more subtle realms, the power of "thought" is strong, so it becomes especially important to "wish correctly."
The astral realm is quite similar to the earthly world. If you imagine something beautiful, it will appear as you imagined it, and if you imagine something else, something corresponding to that will appear. So, if you wish for a world like heaven, it will become a world like that.
Here, "creation" refers to something relatively objective, not to conscious souls. Although it is subtle and changeable, matter (or something like it) exists even in the astral realm. It is literally created by the power of "thought" and appears as a reality in the astral realm.
For example, if a woman imagines herself at her most beautiful age, around 20, her appearance will become that beautiful age.
Furthermore, a kind wife might imagine the layout of the house she lived in with her husband during his lifetime and recreate it. Then, in that imagined house (which actually exists in the astral realm), she can easily prepare and serve meals just like in her previous life, and have a pleasant time together.
In the astral realm, "things" can change in any way by the power of "thought."
Extending from that, worldlines are created in the astral realm and in even more subtle realms in the form of "templates" simply by imagining them.
However, for ordinary people, astral objects that they can imagine within their surroundings materialize (in the astral realm), and eventually, they lose their power and collapse and disappear.
Therefore, in ordinary cases, the imagination generally does not affect the three-dimensional world. However, even so, it is possible to gradually modify things in the direction of one's own life by repeatedly imagining them, or to create a new timeline from the future and redo one's own life.
I think most people are like this, but in life, even if there are successes, failures, or things that didn't go well, in reality, even failures are used as experiences, so nothing is wasted, and everything is perfect. However, even with the premise that everything is perfect, there are times when it is better to redo things. "Redo" may be a misleading term. In reality, if something has already happened, it is recorded in the timeline, so it is more accurate to say "to redo it in parallel from the same timeline."
Initially, there was a timeline that failed, but that experience is utilized, so the initial timeline does not disappear but remains. Even so, if it is not used, it will eventually lose its power and disappear, but that timeline remains for a considerable period.
And, "doing it over" means that the initial timeline cannot be made to be "as if it never existed," but it always takes the form of "doing it over in the same situation, at the same point, in parallel." That situation, even though it is parallel, is "doing it over" as an individual experience.
Depending on the focus of consciousness and choices, if it becomes "okay, let's just leave the initial timeline," then from that point on, that timeline is not being continued (for you), but if others want to continue it, it will be continued to some extent. This is where something like "the administrator of time," a greater will, the collective consciousness, and the intentions of the "manager" of Earth decide whether or not to continue it. Therefore, as an individual intention, you choose from several broad timelines, but even so, individual opinions are respected, and that timeline is (more or less) created for the individual.
This is also appropriate for one's spiritual level. If one's spiritual level is not very high and one lives a mechanical life, a timeline will (almost) not be created, even if one wishes for it. However, as one's spirituality grows and the Anahata center becomes dominant, timelines begin to be created little by little.
This kind of story is basically not manipulated by "(ego-driven) desires," but is manipulated by the "intellectual desire" to "know." However, there are times when one is in the process of spiritual growth, or when one uses magical techniques to create desires into reality. Even if one creates a timeline that is beyond one's control, it will have a negative impact on the world, so creating a timeline based on individual satisfaction is basically not something that should be done. However, in reality, there are people who use magic for desires to some extent.
However, all of these, including timelines created by desires through magic, and even healthy intellectual desires, are approved by the "manager" of Earth, and timelines are created and managed. Whether it is a desire, an intellectual desire, or even a timeline that would destroy the Earth, that timeline will not be created without the permission of the manager of Earth.
It is possible for an individual to perform small timeline manipulations or corrections for intellectual curiosity or to avoid trouble, and this is done routinely. The fundamental principle is that "everything is perfect, there is no good or bad, and everything is one." Based on this principle, manipulating the timeline for intellectual curiosity is not a problem.
The method is simple: it involves imagination. If imagination is not enough, one must "see." By "seeing," one can consider how things will unfold in the future, or reflect on past choices, and gain better choices or knowledge, or see the options for which timeline to follow to achieve a goal.
In reality, this is something that everyone does in their daily lives, even without consciously thinking about timelines. However, these choices are not limited to future events; they can also be applied to past events.
It is quite common to imagine and choose a future event, which then becomes the chosen timeline. This is simply a matter of making a choice about the future.
When one imagines and chooses a past event, and visualizes it concretely, a new timeline branches off from the past, based on the fundamental state of oneness and intellectual curiosity, as well as spiritual power. However, if the choice is made simply out of aversion or trauma, it will not work. Instead, if intellectual curiosity, "choice," and "imagination" are combined in a state of oneness, a new timeline will branch off from that past point or slightly before.
In this way, better life choices are made, and suddenly, one finds oneself living in a new timeline.
In the new timeline, the events of the previous timeline are recognized as "imagination," "dreams," or "memories of other timelines." Those with some spiritual awareness will clearly recognize that "in that timeline, I made such a choice, but it led to a bad result," and avoid trouble accordingly.
Similarly, if, after reflecting on past events, one feels that it is better to accept them rather than redo them, and that is sufficient, one will not necessarily redo them. Redoing a timeline requires considerable effort, and it also means starting all over again, so the initial excitement tends to diminish. Therefore, it is recommended to live life within a single timeline whenever possible. However, it is still possible to redo timelines occasionally, as needed.
Regarding the future, in cases where a certain degree of the future is visible, there are a considerable number of instances where the timeline is being re-done. The future subtly appears in very small spaces, and there are two possibilities: living based on a template for the first time, or re-doing life.
If there is a mission, a re-do might occur. Alternatively, if one wants to thoroughly learn and experience everything in the final life, they might carefully re-do it (I tend to be this type). On the other hand, if one is simply visiting (on Earth) for fun, living normally and ending one's life is probably sufficient.
Therefore, ideally, it is more enjoyable and recommended to complete life in one go. Rather than worrying about the timeline or re-doing it, the ideal or happiness is to live a fulfilling life in one go.
