There may be cases where you cannot go back and redo your life.

In a previous conversation, I mentioned the possibility of redoing a life's timeline. However, that statement might have given the impression that everyone is constantly reliving their lives multiple times. In reality, if there are no particular preferences, most people simply move on to the next life without restarting. In fact, the vast majority choose not to redo their lives.

Therefore, restarting is usually done only in cases of special circumstances or when there are strong preferences.

There's a pattern where, after repeatedly reincarnating, people often strive to create a fulfilling final life as a culmination of their experiences, ensuring that nothing is left unresolved for the next reincarnation.

Otherwise, people typically move on to the next life and live the life they desire.

However, if someone decides that this is the last time they will reincarnate on this planet or in this era, they may want to experience things they couldn't do in the past, almost like sampling different experiences.

This applies to professions as well.

While many people who constantly switch jobs are simply lazy or lack focus, there are also cases where this pattern applies, and people feel regret about certain professions or haven't yet learned something they needed to know in a particular job, requiring them to experience it even briefly.

Travel can also be a factor. If someone had a past life where they wanted to travel abroad but couldn't, they might fulfill that desire in their current life.

I have a similar experience. In a life about 8 to 10 generations ago, I was born during the period of rapid economic growth, and I talked about traveling to South America with my wife after retirement, but we never went. To resolve that regret, I traveled to South America in this life. I was quite aware of the reason behind it, and the trip was exactly as I had imagined, leaving me satisfied.

Furthermore, there have been times when I wondered about certain things, especially in the IT field, and decided to try a particular profession to find out the answer.

Looking back, I wonder if all those experiences were truly necessary to resolve past regrets. However, from a life's perspective, such things can happen.

Whether or not someone chooses to redo their life or go back in time seems to have little to do with whether or not they are enlightened. It's something that almost anyone can do after death, and it's not a big deal.

Separately, enlightenment is not about abilities, but about perception.

Even if someone is not enlightened, they may still choose to redo their life, and in some cases, it's because they are not enlightened that they have regrets and want to redo it. While there are cases where enlightened individuals redo their lives for a better outcome, generally, if someone is enlightened, they can live their life without any particular difficulties.
